Answer: No CD comes with the forms. I have tons left over. I wish I could give them to you! I only needed 2.
Question: Somebody please explain how to print a "Copy C" and a "Copy 2" when this pack has only a combo "Copy C or Copy 2" sheet
Answer: It depends on which accounting software you use. QuickBooks prints are controlled by radio buttons, and you print each copy as a separate operation. Re-prints are allowed, and you can store it as a document file (.pdf), so you can print your Copy C and then go back and print your Copy 2 using the same form. Do you really need two copies, though?
Question: Can these W-2's be used with Quickbooks Pro
Answer: Yes. These are standard forms and are compatible with all versions of Quickbooks.
Question: How is this for 25 employees when there are 2 forms per page
Answer: You print all up to (13 sheets or 25 employees (1 copy for employer)) W-2 Copy A, then Copy B, Then Copy C, then Copy D each 13 sheet section is separated by a blank green sheet. With QuickBooks it prints out employees two per sheet, You could order a few more sheets just in case you mess up but I would print out on White paper to test before sending you preprinted forms through printer.
