Answer:	I had the same problem, so I ordered a gas lift for my office chair. It's called MySit 6" long stroke office chair gas lift cyclinder, from Amazon it was $21.99 but well worth it. I can now sit at my chair with no problem. It goes up pretty high but you can adjust it to where you want. I love it and I think you will to. Beats buying another chair just to find out it will not go up as far as you want it to. I hope this helps...

Answer:	I am sorry but I do not understand that question? It is a gel seat cushion? It does not slide when you sit on it if that is what you mean? It also has a cover that you can remove to wash. I love mine so far & it has been over one month using it for 8-10 hours per day. It is also has some type of gel inside that keeps your butt cooler. I can feel it through the cover. I love mine.

Answer:	I think it will help to a degree, but keep in mind it is somewhat thin. You might consider a cushion with a central cutout to relieve tailbone pressure. I use the Tsumbay Cushion on a chair that already has as memory foam seat in order to supplement the cushioning effect. I think used on a hard surfaced chair the Tsumbay Cushion will not provide very much comfort in your situation. That's just my $0.02 without truly knowing your situation though.

Answer:	I measured my Oropy Vintage Printer Stand with a tape measure. Between the supports it is 15 1/2 inches. However, the steel leg/supports are flat and level with both shelf surfaces and could accept an item as wide as 17 1/2 inches maximum. I am extremely happy with my purchase of this item, especially for its strength and simplicity of assembly. I use it to hold a heavy power supply on the lower shelf and a heavy ham transceiver on the top shelf. It is great!

Answer:	It's sturdy. Can hold 50-75 lbs easy. Might go up to 90-100, and I'm talking permanent, not just for a few minutes. I wouldn't recommend standing on it, cause I stood on mine once and it sounded like it contracted a little, but it didn't break. I also set it up without the wheels cause I don't really see the point to having wheels on something that small, so my height is just over 10 1/2 inches, but with the wheels it might be closer to 12-13, but I'm just not sure. I have no idea why they might arrive damaged, it's one of those really straight forward easy to put together units. If I was to guess, people might be complaining about a small nick or they just wanted to return the piece. It is small though, so make note of the measurements.

Answer:	There are a few ways to configure the stand. You can adjust the bottom shelf from 7 to 12 inches of clearance in increments of 1.25 inches, using the provided spacers. I have mine set with a 12" clearance between the bottom and middle shelf, which leaves only 5" between the middle and top shelf. Any spacers not used between the bottom and middle shelf can be used between the middle and top shelf. There's a handy little drawer under the top shelf that takes 2" clearance from the middle shelf.

Answer:	It is a foot rest, not a step stool. I would not put my whole weight (200 Lbs.) on it. I do put my foot on it to tie my shoes and did set a box of apples on it. I would say it can safely hold 20-25 lbs., but would be leery of anything over 50 lbs. You should check with the manufacturer for specifics. Again, I wanted (and got) a tall foot rest, most were too short for my needs.
