Answer:	I had the same problem, so I ordered a gas lift for my office chair. It's called MySit 6" long stroke office chair gas lift cyclinder, from Amazon it was $21.99 but well worth it. I can now sit at my chair with no problem. It goes up pretty high but you can adjust it to where you want. I love it and I think you will to. Beats buying another chair just to find out it will not go up as far as you want it to. I hope this helps...

Answer:	I am sorry but I do not understand that question? It is a gel seat cushion? It does not slide when you sit on it if that is what you mean? It also has a cover that you can remove to wash. Answer:	I think it will help to a degree, but keep in mind it is somewhat thin. You might consider a cushion with a central cutout to relieve tailbone pressure. I use the Tsumbay Cushion on a chair that already has as memory foam seat in order to supplement the cushioning effect. I think used on a hard surfaced chair the Tsumbay Cushion will not provide very much comfort in your situation. That's just my $0.02 without truly knowing your situation though.

Answer:	Yes, top shelf is one solid, thick hard piece - just don't use it to support the family SUV while you fix a flat....

Question:	The instructions show part G as if the drawer and top are one piece. How do you actually get the drawer to connect
Answer:	It's sturdy. Can hold 50-75 lbs easy. Might go up to 90-100, and I'm talking permanent, not just for a few minutes. I wouldn't recommend standing on it, cause I stood on mine once and it sounded like it contracted a little, but it didn't break. I also set it up without the wheels cause I don't really see the point to having wheels on something that small, so my height is just over 10 1/2 inches, but with the wheels it might be closer to 12-13, but I'm just not sure. I have no idea why they might arrive damaged, it's one of those really straight forward easy to put together units. If I was to guess, people might be complaining about a small nick or they just wanted to return the piece. It is small though, so make note of the measurements.

Answer:	19 inches wide, 16 inches front to back, 13.5 maximum height. The height is adjustable and can be shorter by using a lower bracket. I wish I had 10 of these things...
