Answer:	I own this wrist rest and a vertical mouse and it works fine with a vertical mouse.

Answer:	I have no idea. I haven't had mine long enough to get dirty. If it does get dirty I think I would just use a cloth with light soap and then dry it with a clean cloth and air dry. If I needed it to dry sooner I would use a hair dryer on low.

Answer:	I don't game with it, but I use it at work all day long. It moves right along with your arm movements. I really like it. It's soft on the wrist too. No irritation.

Answer:	The quality seems good. The material is not terribly soft but it does provide an open space for your wrist tendons/ligaments so that they don't get pinched with too much pressure. This product does slide around on the table though so I used drawer lining material to prevent slipping.

Answer:	This product is no longer supported by the company. Might work with windows 7, but is not compatible with windows 10. DO NOT BUY FOR A WINDOWS 10 COMPUTER! Unless, of course, you use a mouse with HDSR version 2.3. That is backwards compatible and will allow this mousepad to work with windows 10.

Answer:	Thank you for your question. If I understand the question correctly you are asking if we can regulate how many input AC amps are used during bulk charging. The answer is yes there is a shore power input amps setting. You can adjust input amps from 1 amp to 50 amps AC. The charger actually will not use more than 15 amps AC input when charging with the full 100 amps DC to the batteries. If you set the IC2000 to pass through only 10 amps you would see the charger automatically dial back the current in bulk stage to ensure that the inverter did not pull more than 10 amps. Additionally, when we talk about a three stage charge there is bulk, absorption and then float. The Bulk Stage is where the IC2000 puts in as much current at the battery will allow until it reaches the desired DC Voltage. The absorption stage is when the batteries have hit the desired DC Voltage (for example 14.4VDC for a Wet Cell battery) the inverter then holds this voltage while tapering down the current to the battery. The final float stage will have the IC2000 drop the voltage to roughly 13.5VDC and will trickle charge the battery with very little current to hold this float voltage. Answer:	Eric,Thank you for your question. I should state that many Lithium Ion Phosphate batteries will state a voltage they want to be charged at. They will also have a voltage they would like to be held at (sometimes these are the same voltage. These voltages differ from one manufacturer to another. When the IC2000 is set to AGM battery charging it will give you 14.4 VDC for bulk and absorption and then drop to 13.5VDC for float. There is a setting on the remote to make the final stage of charge a float stage. This will offer the best results for charging lithium ion. Again, make sure to check these battery voltage set points with the battery manufacturer of the lithium Ion to ensure it will work with your specific battery.

Answer:	Erin A, thank you for your question.If you are installing this in an RV there will be some sort of AC to DC charger. The IC2000 will eliminate the need for the AC to DC charger (also called a converter). When the IC2000 is installed you will need to disconnect the AC wires usually black and white (hot and neutral) that provide power to the old AC to DC charger. In some cases it is as simple as removing a male plug that goes to this charger. We recomend looking up your RV model and seeing what kind of AC to DC charger you have and how to disconnect AC from it. We still want to leave the DC power conections because the factory uses these connections to get power from the battery to the DC load center. Answer:	If it only happens at that one place, it could be the house wiring or anything drawing power off that circuit. Anything with a motor--like a fan, ac unit, clock or anything with a transformer--like fluorescent lights, a beer sign etc..., could be the problem. If you can't find anything on that circuit that causes it and you can disconnect it, try a different outlet. If that fails try a different outlet on a different circuit breaker. If you get clean sound from another outlet at the venue, and it is too far from the stage area, you could probably run a 12 gauge extension cord for up to 50 feet long, as long as your PA or everything you use doesn't draw more than say, 15 amps. Ideally, you want a 20-30 amp breaker on an outlet with nothing else running on that circuit but your stuff. The Furman may help, but it may do nothing, or just decrease the sound by a certain amount. Good luck!
