Answer:	A ROUND CIRCLE. NOT THE TYPE FOR PHONES.
Question:	How do i know if this will fit my hand? I have mid sized hands with thin fingers and have never used an ergonomic mouse like this before
Answer:	As a safety professional and former ergonomic specialist I will say this should fit your hand. Essentially this type of mouse is repositioning the angle of your wrist more than anything. I have fairly average to smaller sized hands and use this just fine. Other co-workers have started using this also with smaller hands and thinner fingers than I have and have said the mouse made all the difference.
Question:	why doesn't it work
Answer:	Not sure if this will help, but I'll share my experience. Every now and then mine will stop working in the middle of doing something. The charge for me lasts about 2 weeks. When I plug it in it still will not work till charged a bit. The other thing you can try is change the USB port you have the receiver plugged in. Lastly, I've had the tiny on/off switch on the bottom get knocked to off position. You can try sliding off and back on. Hope this helps

Answer:	I just used the scroller, if by clicky you mean it has sorta ridges as you scroll? Yes. Otherwise, it does run smoothly overall. It doesn’t make a clicky noise if that helps haha.

Answer:	No, but this thing does not use that much power even at 1600 dpi, I change batteries every 8-12 months . Buy a pack of amazon triple AAA and you'll have enough batteries for life. Great mouse I use for gaming (CODCW/BF4) and in the office for graphic design. Great mouse, not cheap at almost $30 but best in it's price range. Light weight rubbery feel.
Question:	Does this work with OSX Mavericks? Is there a work around to get the thumb buttons to work
Answer:	So, I just bought this on 8/2020. I'm on a mac and the back/forward thumb buttons are working normally out of the box; I didn't do anything. I knew they weren't suppose to, but perhaps Anker fixed this?
Question:	How is its battery life
Answer:	Depends on usage, I'd guess, but my mouse has been working well ever since I bought it (8-10-2015), without needing batteries replaced very often, at all. Recently, I noticed it was needing batteries more often, so just to be sure, I dated the last pair I put in - 3.5 months ago. I was annoyed to have to change them again so soon, as I've usually long since forgotten about batteries, the next time it dies, but this time was close enough to recall. I put in the new batteries, but the mouse was still dead. Not sure if the old batteries are even dead yet (but the mouse is, hence my being here looking to replace it). If you consider 3.5 months to be a fast death to the batteries, then this is the shortest time to death I've had in the 5 years I've had this mouse. Lots of others seem cool with it needing changing every 2 months, but I found 3.5 a bit soon, so just depends on expectations. I kinda think close to a year is more like it. Of course, I only use my mouse 3-5 hours a day, 7 days a week, so perhaps I've just been really lucky so far. Either way, 5 years is by far the longest I've ever had a mouse last (by about 4 years!), and the money I save on annual mouse replacement will more than offset any battery usage issues that may develop. I also like the feel of this mouse better. Once you get used to it, you will too. Certainly helps with my wrist problems (carpal tunnel), and arthritis).
Question:	I have small hands and also wrist pain problem from traditional mouse. Is this a good option for me
Answer:	I have small hands as well. It is not the best size for me. Too BIG. For more information about my hand size, Logitech m310 and m325 is too small. Logitech m705 is a little big. Logitech m510 and m525 is good to grab but ther are heavy because of 2AA batteries. TeckNet 2600DPI Bluetooth Wireless Mouse is the best size I've found so far. I hope Anker produces a smaller version of it. Regarding wrist pain, it is helpful if you are well adapted in this weird shaped mouse.

Answer:	I own this wrist rest and a vertical mouse and it works fine with a vertical mouse.

Answer:	I have no idea. I haven't had mine long enough to get dirty. If it does get dirty I think I would just use a cloth with light soap and then dry it with a clean cloth and air dry. If I needed it to dry sooner I would use a hair dryer on low.

Answer:	The quality seems good. The material is not terribly soft but it does provide an open space for your wrist tendons/ligaments so that they don't get pinched with too much pressure. This product does slide around on the table though so I used drawer lining material to prevent slipping.

Question:	Replacement mouse?? i have a perixx keyboard and mouse combo. mouse doesn't work, would this work to replace or diff freq for the dongle
Answer:	There are many similar kinds of mouse, and most of them will not work with the original receiver dongle. If you purchase an additional Perixx PERIMICE-713, it may work after you reset the binding of the mouse. At the YouTube Perixx Official channel, we have uploaded a demo video about it for the connection reset of the wireless mouse.
Question:	How well does this mouse perform for first person shooter games
Answer:	The DPI toggles between 800/1600 (per the box; I'm not sure why Amazon continually thinks it's different), and the polling rate is a little low for competitive gaming but it works fine for relaxed games like Borderlands and the like. The scrollwheel is a little stiff and the buttons are harder to click than you might like but overall it's certainly workable. I used one for lowkey gaming for a couple years until I broke it (left it in front of the heater, parts melted. nothing against the manufacturer) and it was reasonable. Afterwards I switched to a Zowie and while there was a difference, it wasn't as big as I'd expected (especially not for the price difference).

Answer:	Yes. But the odor disappears after a few hours. It's not terrible. But being kept sealed trapped a lot of the factory material smell they used. But again. The odor will go away soon. Especially when your using the wrist pad around the clock. And don't worry. The odor won't get stained on you.

Answer:	Hello. The keyboard pad's dimensions are: 17 inches long, 2.5 inches wide, and 1/2 inch high. The mouse pad's dimensions are 9 inches long, and 8 inches wide (on the top half) 5.5 inches wide on bottom half). I hope this helps. It is very comfortable; I have been using it for about close to a month now, and have been very happy with it.

Answer:	They have a slight plastic kind of smell, but it's not strong. I didn't notice it at all other than thinking it smelt like an office supply store. The smell didn't last and with in a few days they had no smell at all.

Answer:	Yes, I had the same problem from the beginning but somehow managed to charge it. Thanks to the long battery life (well, I don't mean it), finally I need to recharge after 50 days. Guess what, the USB cord doesn't fit into the charging port. Return? No, the return window is already closed. Love the mouse, but useless if there is no way to charge.
