Answer:	I don't know off hand what the dimensions are, but I am sure they are listed in the specs. Regarding the quality or lack there of, I would suggest you not buy it. The baskets are extremely difficult to pull in and out of. And the most annoying are the way the baskets themselves are made. There are twigs and branches, poking threw each basket. I didn't want it to damage my clothes. As I am sure no one would . So my husband and I created templates out of cardboard. It didn't work and we ended up sending the unit back. I do not recommend buying this at all.

Answer:	It includes the top drawer, in place. These are a perfect fit for you average bathroom cabinet. They sit on either side of the sink drain and hold almost any product you have, even shampoo bottles, etc.

Answer:	Not clear what issue you're trying to work around. I added a raised board because the drawers sat too low and I couldn't access the bottom drawer, so now it clears the bottom of the cupboard. They don't fall forward on me. Heavy stuff on the bottom and light on top, it should work. I hesitate to drill into the particle board. If it did move (or had to be moved), the particle board may rip under the sink. That would be a problem. If you have something more substantial than particle board there, it may be ok to drill.
Question:	How high is the bottom of the bottom drawer? My bathroom cabinet has a 1.25” lip in front that the drawer will have to clear
Answer:	The clearance is only about 5/8 inch but you could put a 1 inch platform (a simple piece of wood) under the shelf to raise it up so it is higher than the lip on your cabinet.

Answer:	The tray is 12.7” high. It would fit but depending on what you want to put in it nothing higher than 3.5” on the top drawer and 8” on the bottom drawer.

Answer:	It will hold a few towels but is better for hand towels or wash cloths. I use mine in the kitchen to hold dish towels in the top drawer and tongs and spatulas in the bottom drawer.

Answer:	I suggest paying someone you know (and trust) to try and put it together for you. It seemed rather intuitive and went together easily and quickly. Perhaps a relative? Professional assembly really isn't needed and would likely be much more costly than necessary. If you have the time and space, maybe try putting it together one side at a time.
