Answer:	Only the Epson company can answer a question like that. I would suggest calling the maker first. If you know what I think about the product, it was wonderful. I have had two now. Just wore one out after many years. I much prefer a flat bed scanner.

Answer:	With provided largest holder, can scan a film strip of 2 1/4 inch by 8 inches. So can handle 120 and 220 film strips up to 8 inches long, which typically is showing multiple frames.

Answer:	I am running V6.0e which I may have downloaded from their site as an update. It worked fine on XP, and now on Windows7 though it is showing that is running under XP, so I may have installed it in a compatibility mode? Answer:	Pro is the newer version. But I've quit using this product. The software registration process is pretty evil, and you cannot use the scanner on more than one computer - even if you uninstall from the first. It's an online-registration process that marries the software, the serial number of the scanner, and the MAC address of the computer. VERY Chinese interface to do all of this - with pages that come up in Chinese when you try to register. I'd avoid this product - were I not beyond the 30-days I'd return it. Note that the scanner itself works GREAT! It's the annoying Chinese draconian licesne registration process that makes it a PITA. And if you want to use it on a different computer in the office, or your first computer gets replaced, you cannot. Throw it away and buy a new one.

Answer:	You mean is picture to thick? or the tape still sticky? Z300 can accept about 0.76mm (0.03") , and is the tape still very sticky? or just like normal 3M sticky note? if sticky note, that will be ok. but after you scan, please use wiping cloth clean scanner roller and glass.

Answer:	The Brother ADS-2200 desktop scanner is a Hi-Speed USB 2.0 compatible machine. It can scan to email by using the Brother iPrint& Scan software to Scan to File, and then attaching directly to an outgoing email.
Question:	When scanning 2 sided documents, are the pages properly collated into a document are are they generated as anindividual file per page
Answer:	One Batch of documents scanned (as full batch) comes out as "One" scanned item. Supposed you scanned 15 two sided docs. it will appear in one icon and the file can be read/stored for your review.

Answer:	The kit has both a reader and a contactless pad. It works with contactless payment (Apple Pay), chips AND magnetic strips.
Question:	how long does it stay charged on average, with continued use
Answer:	Have learned to carry a charger with me for full day events. It's going to depend on how many transactions it processes. Mine will process about 12 transactions before needing to recharge in about 6 hours. Learned that first day I used it and it went dead. No other problems besides updates. Someone said it will stay charged for 18 hours. It will if its NOT used to process transactions. If you are doing an all day event, be safe and carry a charger.
Question:	Can this square chip reader be used with any phone
Answer:	Hey Lisa, Yes it can. As long as you are using a smartphone that has the square app installed and your BLUETOOTH on. It can accept contactless chip card as well as the mag strip for swipe cards.

Answer:	Our ScanSnap models do not have TWAIN compatibility. However, the ScanSnap iX1600 is bundled with the ScanSnap Home software. We recommend saving the files to your local drive and uploading to the desired TWAIN application. We also have our fi-Series models which are TWAIN compatible.

Answer:	The ScanSnap iX1600 scanning speed is faster at 40 pages per minute. The ScanSnap iX1600 includes an LCD touch screen panel for better operability. The ScanSnap iX1600 can directly connect to computer and mobile devices via Wi-Fi as well as be shared with multiple users. The ScanSnap iX1600 has fast startup capability. The manual scan mode on the ScanSnap iX1600 allows user to scan a broader variety of paper thickness as well as folded A3 paper.

Answer:	The difference of hardware is only scanning speed (the iX1600 is 40 ppm and the iX1500 is 30 ppm). Answer:	I’m positive. Most of the driver packages are backwards compatible.
Question:	Has anyone tried scanning insurance cards or drivers licenses on this scanner
Answer:	Yes. Because it is a straight-through scanner, it will scan anything, including such cards. What it does not do (and I have not tried) is convert the cards into a form that feeds directly into Outlook or a CRM. Very nice scanner.
Question:	Does this product work for scanning photographs
Answer:	Sure. Black-and-white or color. Of course the results you get will depend on your printer if you’re trying to copy them.
