Answer:	Sometimes it's not that easy. I cook EVERYTHING in it so for greasy stuff (bacon, grilled chicken, hamburgers) I have to wait for it to cool then hold it over the sink open, angled so the water runs away from the mechanical back and Clean it like you would a pan, just slowly so you don't get water under or behind the heating plates

Answer:	I bake my thin crust frozen pizza as per pizza wrapper instructions. The kind I usually make says 11-13 min. in the oven. I check at 10, but usually let it go for 11 minutes.

Question:	Is it true the pages bleed through? I read one review that said this happens
Answer:	Somewhat yes. The paper is thicker than your average school notebook paper, but if you were to use a sharpie or a marker, it would bleed through. I've been using regular and colored gel pens and and the paper seems fine to me. There are more expensive options w/thicker paper, but if you're not someone who presses hard when you write, you should have no problems IMHO.
