Answer:	I am about your height, at 5 foot10. my weight has fluctuated over the years. I've weighed this much as 240 pounds, and right now weigh about 185 pounds. My one sportcoat, is a 44 regular. It fit me well at about 200 pounds. At 240 pounds, it was way too tight. A 46 regular or a 48 regular would probably fit better. I hope this helps.

Answer:	They don't come hemmed. My son is 6' 5" and there was plenty of pants led to hem. I bought him the 48" waist pants so don't know how much extra on the 32 but I imagine there will be more than enough. Also, I had to have the waist let out for him even though I measured his waist before ordering. Luckily there was enough material in the waist to let it out a bit. It cost me about $30 in the Washington DC area for the tailoring (included extra fee for having it done while waiting.) I was very pleased with the fit of the jacket and everything held up to one wedding so far.
