Question:	Can you use wire combs
Answer:	I found an answer from Apr 4, 2015 - Chris C. wrote, "This is a comb binder only, you would need to purchase a specific binder for wire. One we carry and recommend is the Fellowes Quasar Wire." Another person said this binder is for plastic combs only.
Question:	Will the book that results lay flat? This is what I need for binding music, which then will go on a music stand
Answer:	If you are binding copies on 8x10 then it will be fine. However, if your music is larger (as most originals are), then it will not fit in the binder. I purchased this to bind the music book set I purchased for my classroom and was greatly disappointed that the paper is too large to fit in the hole punch part. I still use it to bind together materials that I make myself, but it did not solve the problem I originally purchased it for.
Question:	Can I use this to add more pages to a book I've already put together? Or is it a one shot thing
Answer:	You can add more pages but it's labor intensive. You have to remove the current binding, add the pages and rebind. You may be able to put the book and binding back on the machine, carefully put the new pages on top and close the binding up again. This also depends where in the book you want to add new pages since you will have to manually put on the backend wherever you are in the book.

Answer:	We like to stack paper/laminated sheet/paper and punch through that. It gives a cleaner punch with less hanging chads.

Answer:	The O ringe makes for ease in flipping through things quickly, however the downside is the edges of the paper tend to become damaged because they are kept on a constant curve adding stress. The D ring has a straight side where your items are stored so all items line up evenly and there is no stress on the edges. This makes it much better for long term storage purposes for important papers, collections, etc. However, when flipping through items, there needs to be a little more caution to ensure the items clear the top curve when flipping through things otherwise things can rip easily. Question:	These are for use with the pro click binding system, correct? Someone said they didn't work
Answer:	I received this binder March 11th, 2019. I use it for my circular knitting needles, I am in the binder at least 5 times a week, zipping and unzipping. In between accesses, the binder stands beside my knitting bookcase. This is not as much activity as a student would give it (daily class usage, transporting, etc.) but I have had no problems with the zipper or any part of the product.

Question:	Can I use a spiral comb and a double wire comb as well
Answer:	I use the plastic comb with this machine. I have never tried a double wire comb so I don't know if it will work. A spiral binding cone will not work.
Question:	Can be use with legal and regula 8.5 x 11 paper
Answer:	No - The largest you can bind is A4 which is about 12" wide.
Question:	If I needed to change a page in the middle of the already bound booklet - would it be easy to do
Answer:	It is possible. I thought this was a good question so I went to "unbind" a booklet and then rebind it. You can place the booklet behind the tines (in a position where the rings open toward you) and then open and close the rings. After they close, remove the booklet. It is easy to pull the back binding comb off. Then you can fix the pages and rebind in the usual way. It may be possible just to pull the comb off the booklet, without the first step, but the comb came off the pages easily after they were flexed back and forth.
Question:	can i punch 11" x 17" paper
Answer:	You can punch the 11" side. The 17" will not enter machine. However if you fold 17 to 8.5 the you can punch as a folded piece. Set your edge control and punch using fold side for guide. When you open it you have a 17" punched sheet. Lots of luck and patience. ShellyA

Question:	Can you trim the binding that comes with it for smaller projects
Answer:	Yes, use scissors that are narrow so they fit in-between the combs.
Question:	Does this work with laminated paper
Answer:	I use plastic sheet covers for my presentation folders and it cuts through easily. Would think it should do the same for laminated sheets.
Question:	Does this machine fold flat for storage
Answer:	It can close in but it won't stay closed since it doesn't have a clip to hold the bars to the side. I usually just place it back in the box when I'm done.
