Question:	Will this work to protect a low pile area rug with a wheelchair rolling on it
Answer:	As long as the pad is not on bare concrete, I think that this would be ok. I say no to bare concrete (with no carpet at all) because the chair mat has little plastic pegs on the bottom designed to dig into a carpet a small amount. On absolutely bare concrete, they would probably break off. If you have a very thin carpet glued to bare concrete as is very common in commercial buildings, I see no problems. The pegs on my chair mat are 3.32mm (0.131") long. The carpet should be deep enough that the pegs have sufficient support to not break. If the carpet is too thin so support the pegs, then there are many other mats made for that purpose. This mat is for "thick" carpets. My carpet is approximately 1/2" thick so the pegs never fully reach the backing of the carpet.

Question:	What is the dimensions of the lip
Answer:	My understanding is that this mat was only introduced in July, 2018. If that is the case, you obviously won't find anyone who has had it for over a year.
Question:	Can this mat be used under oxygen consentrator
Answer:	The seller already answered your question before I was notified of your question. So far the mat has worked well for me. I don't think it can break as it is very sturdy for a mat. My dog however started to chew on a corner of mat as I removed it from package, but he was having a hard time breaking it, but once I got the mat away from him and laid it out it was hard to move and he went back to his chew toys. I don't think any manufacturer would consider pet damage to be covered under a warranty (that would not be normal usage.)

Question:	Does this mat remain smooth and level with normal usage especially without wheel dents or grooves
Answer:	I think it would be as much as the chair can support. My husband who uses the chair is just over 200 lbs. The mat easily handles him, and the carpet pile is relatively deep. It doesn't shift or seem unstable either. The plastic is solid and firm like a hard floor on top of the carpet.

Question:	Does mat minimize sound of rolling chair
Answer:	Mine also slides around and the wheels of my chair are constantly rolling off the mat. I have to readjust it's placement at least once a week. The description says it's for low and medium carpets, so I thought it would be stable. I know these mats will shift a little but as often and as much as mine does seems to be way too much. I'm worried about the damage the chair wheels do to the carpet. I rent, and I don't want to pay damages when I move out.

Answer:	Hello, Many thanks for your message. The 36" x 48" mat is shipped flat in a cardboard sleeve. The larger polycarbonate mats are rolled, but as polycarbonate is rigid material it will, when unrolled return to its flat state. Polycarbonate is rigid, stiff and strong and office desk chair casters will not sink into the plastic mat.
