Main basket: Width inside (across front) 17 3/4 inches, Length inside (front to back) 14 3/4 inches, Depth inside (top rail to bottom) 23 inches. Small basket: Width inside (across front) 17 1/4 inches, Length inside (front to back) 6 inches, Depth inside (top rail to bottom) 13 1/4 inches. Rear wheels are hard plastic 9 inches across including 3/8 inch rubber around outside. Front wheels are duel on each side and are 3 7/8 inches across including 5/16 inch rubber around outside. top rail to bottom) 13 1/4 inches. Seems sturdy.
