Question:	Why such a big difference in price? On TV they're 15 bucks
Answer:	I didn't use any oil product at all and they came right out when using scrambled eggs. They don't pop out well for hard-boiled eggs without the oil though.
Question:	How do you use them. What are the directions for use
Answer:	We use butter in our house. If you wipe just a tiny, thin layer of butter inside the Egglettes, the egg should slide out easily after cooking - and we don't mind the butter taste. I'm sure you could use any type of spread, too. I make these up ahead, and then my husband eats them in the morning (has to get up at 4:30AM for work). He heats water in the microwave and then pops the Egglette in the water for a few minutes to heat the egg up, since he prefers them warm. They slide right out of the Egglette. If you refrigerate them, they also pop out well with the butter coating.

Question:	How does the top screw-on if they are flexible silicone? It seems like it would just flex and slip out of the threads of the lid
Answer:	I received my order today after about a month of waiting. I made the mistake of assuming “crack, cook and eat” meant those were the only steps required. After my first batch stuck to the silicone, I read the instruction where it clearly called out an additional step which was to coat in cooking oil, non-stick spray or coconut oil. The product worked as advertised. My question will be, is the cleaning of the product be more time consuming than peeling the eggs the old fashion way. Answer:	You just mix the egg with whatever add-ins you want and pour the mixture into the cups. Then boil the cups for about 13-15 minutes. They say you are supposed to coat the cups with oil or cooking spray, but I didn't and the egg mixture popped out easily. Not as easily with hard-boiled. I think you'd need to use spray if you want them to come out clean. I used a knife to edge around the cup and they came out without much trouble.

Answer:	There are 3 parts to each egglette. The silicone base, a threaded ring, and a threaded screw on cap. The threaded ring is kept in place by the cap. When you receive them, you'll see how they work. But make sure you use a little oil or spray before putting your egg in it. Question:	Are they oven safe
Answer:	We’ve only used them on our le cruest griddle which is an expensive one too and no scratches. We just don’t scrape it across it. We usually place it on the griddle, drop egg in and remove after the egg is “molded” enough. Not sure if anyone tries to flip it but we don’t. Not sure if that helps any.
Question:	For eggs or pancakes? How do you flip for cooking on both sides
Answer:	I have had that happen as well. A couple of things I did to try and fix the problem was 1) make sure you pan isn’t warped or uneven and that the burners are level and 2) and this seemed to help the most. Set your rings in the pan for longer than the required 30 seconds to heat up. Be sure to coat the inside with some type of non stick spray but more importantly let the rings heat up longer than recommended that help the whites stick to the rings better

Answer:	I called Lodge Customer Service and the guy was super nice and said he gets this question a lot. You have to use a flathead and a pair of pliers. It was very hard for me to screw it (I am giving this as a gift and wanted it assembled) tight enough using the tools but finally got it and it should NOT be loose at all. The screw is a 3/4 inch flathead screw.
Question:	What is the cooking surface made from? I see the house is stainless steel but no mention of the cooking surface materials. Is it non-toxic
Answer:	The underside of this is flat, not grooved like a panini press. I use it for toasted cheese and other toasted sandwiches, and like it a lot. Just wipe off the bottom...easy to clean.
