Install the Control Panel

This is the part where you get to grab your electric drill! Simply attach the controller to the underside of the desktop using the provided ¾” screws.

Adjust to the Desired Height

To adjust the desk, press and hold the up or down arrow. After 60 seconds, the panel will show sleep mode, “---”. To wake it up again, just press and hold the “M” button for 3 seconds.

Press “M” to Store Setting

To save your preferred height, press “M”. The letter “S-” will be displayed. Then press “1”, “2”, or “3” within 5 seconds to store the height in memory.

Set Helpful Reminders

Set the timer by pressing “T”. The display will flash “0.5h” (30 minutes). Then press “T” repeatedly to increase the time frame (up to 2 hours).

Question:	Does this desk adjust to varies height's or just 2 position stand and sit
Answer:	The desk can ratchet up to 10 (or maybe 11?) different heights between the lowest and highest settings. I'm 6'5" and usually use it sitting (lowest setting) in a normal office chair. I can also comfortably use it while standing (second to highest position). I'd expect anyone in the range of about 5' and 6'6" could find a comfortable height. Here is something else to keep in mind... To get it to come down and/or to a lower position, you have to take it all the way past the top setting, and then the ratchet releases for it to lower all the way back to the bottom. The manual states that you should NOT adjust the height with anything on the desk (monitors, keyboards, spearkers, etc). That said, it can be done, but it's definitely not a simple, or comfortable process. In short, transitioning between sitting and standing on a regular basis is complicated and not recommended.
Question:	What are the overall demensions
Answer:	The base measures 23 1/2" wide x 25 7/8" long, and the total tabletop area measures 27 5/8" x 27 5/8". The minimum height setting is 37" ,and the maximum setting is 54 1/4".Thank you!
Question:	Are the wheels rubber or plastic? We have hard wood floors and do not want to damage them
Answer:	The wheels are plastic. We have tested these one wood and other surfaces without any problems with scratching.Thank you!
Question:	Can this be used while sitting on a couch? Any issues with height or leg room
Answer:	I think so, depending on how close you want to have it. The horizontal leg pieces are almost 4 inches high, so that might help you in determining what would work for you. No issues I can see with leg room.

Question:	When desk is up 3-5 inches, is there room for 15"x12" closed laptop laid flat in the space between desk supports
Answer:	The top is about 27.5" (left to right) by 19.5" (front-to-back) The frame is slightly smaller .. it's about 25.25" (left-to-right) by about 18" (front-to-back)
Question:	Is the Vivo logo a decal or painted on
Answer:	This desk is very durable and very heavy. I used it on my desk at work and raised and lowered it almost every day. Very pleased with it.
Question:	How do I lower the height
Answer:	There are round pads on bottom portion of desk. I have it on a wooden table and it has not scratched the table. Devise is heavy but easy to adjust up and down.
Question:	Could this be used with dual monitors
Answer:	It's been a while. I don't remember exactly, but I believe it is including in the specification. I put my note book computer on it only. I sometimes do lean on it, not a good practice. But so far, no problem.

Question:	Is this the lowest height? Touch control has a height of 73 at its lowest and there is about 5 inches of clearance until the stand bottoms out
Answer:	Mine did the same thing, the mechanism is crap. You need to reset it to get it to truly zero out. Do this by unplugging it from the power and waiting 15 seconds or so. Plug it back in and you'll hear two beeps. The display should come on and show "73." Press and hold the down arrow (about 5 seconds, it feels like a long time) until the display changes to "RST" and starts to move down. Keep holding the down arrow until the desk bottoms out and the display returns to "73." I have to repeat this process about every two weeks or so depending on how much I move it up and down. Every time you move it up, it moves a little less back down so that clearance at the bottom grows each time it is moved.
Question:	Works for a couple of minutes after unplug/replug and then the control modal reads - - - instead of numbers and becomes unresponsive, suggestions
Answer:	It's a sleep mode. I had the same issue until I actually read the instructions... Hold down the M button for a few seconds.

Answer:	I use it at home on a stand alone desk I got 25 years ago from a business that was redecorating their offices. the rising portion is is about 42" wide and 22" deep. don't plan a phone or anything under that area. I have my thin monitor in the centerr, a phone, wireless headset and a small rolodex on the right. to the left I have a laptop, but it is at an angle and sticks out about 3", so I can only put papers under the left side and a bit beyond. I don't know what a standard cubicle corner is like these days, but it would seem to me that if your legs can get under the cubicle facing to the side instead of angling into the corner, it would be more efficient. I love this. I stand up MOST of the time. Get a standing pad to save your knees, though. Mine is 32" x 20"

Install the Control Panel

This is the part where you get to grab your electric drill! Simply attach the controller to the underside of the desktop using the provided screws.

Adjust to the Desired Height

When the frame is connected to a power source, press and hold the up or down arrow until your desk reaches the desired height.

Memory Mode

To save your preferred height, press “M”. The letter “S-” will be displayed. Then, press “1”, “2”, or “3” to store the height in memory.

Timed Reminder

To set the timer, press “A” and the display will flash “00”. After 2 seconds, press the up or down arrows to adjust the time (it will save after 5 seconds).
