Additionally, lifting awkwardly with that much weight might cause torque that may break it.

The body is 20 inches wide and at the wheels it is 23 inches wide. When it is locked flat there is a gap at the top because of the slanted handle, making it about 5 inches thick. The wheels are about 10.5 inches from front to back. Hope this helps.
