Answer:	Sorry, but don't remember, exactly, but I get the number I ordered. If packaging said 12, then I got 12. Though disappointed that I had to purchase screws after the fact. Casters holding up nicely.

Answer:	Yes on every surface except cork, but that's true for anything that concentrates the weight on a small point. People have had varying degrees of success getting the dents out of cork. I have these casters on bamboo and no issue with damage at all. The wheels are rubber and although rather hard, nowhere hard enough to cause damage to hardwood or laminate.

Answer:	Less than 80 pounds. I have replaced many of these on rolling workshop cabinets weighing less than 300 # total on all 4 wheels. The polymer just crumbles and the wheel falls off the axle. These should not even be on the market

Answer:	I have them on a cart that is kept on my covered patio. No direct moisture, but subject to heavy humidity. Thus far, no problems. However, I do recommend oil about every six months.

Answer:	A chest freezer will be too heavy for these small castors. Depending on the weight of the freezer, divide the weight by 4. Then look for castors that match the result. For example: 400 lb freezer. 400/4=100. Each castor should be rated to support 100 lbs. Personally, I would go for a higher support weight.

Answer:	Not that I can find and I looked. An extra rack would be great. I put the bottom rack much higher than the picture and store sparkling water and cans of soda there in lieu of an extra rack.

Answer:	Place the board with the smooth side up and the caps (on the opposite side) go over the posts. There are no screws or attachments so move cart by the posts. With wheeis in unlocked position. This is a nice cart and I have received many compliments with the quality of the cart.
Question:	Is the wooden top suitable as a cutting board? Is it solid wood or press wood
Answer:	It IS a cutting board, though if you are doing anything heavy or butchering, you need to remove it and put it on a counter. Also, like most boards, it's shipped dry. You need to buy FOOD GRADE mineral oil and wipe it down daily for the first week, top AND bottom and sides, then once weekly and then monthly thereafter. Never use anything more harsh than basic soap and water and dry it instantly and wipe lightly with oil again. It's nothing special, but properly cared for, it should be okay for lighter prep use. I wouldn't do over the shoulder cleaver work on it. Like any cutting board, this is made of glued pieces of solid wood. Since it's open pore wood, the oiling is very important for helping to reduce staining. NEVER use bleach. Soap and water, dry and oil. Make sure the board is completely water dry between uses and it will be naturally sanitary. And never ever let ammonia touch your board. It will rip the oils right out. This is not a fancy 3" Boos block, but there is a cart attached! NEVER use a sealant on a cutting board unless you don't intend to every prep anything on it. If you do want to just keep it looking like but not living the life of cutting board, remember to use a food grade low-voc polyvinyl finish that will look nice and not be toxic. Again, get the bottom and sides. 3 or 4 light coats a couple hours apart is FAR superior to 1 or 2 heavy gloppy ones, brushed or sprayed.

Question:	Should i replace the ball bearings & the rod when i buy this 2-pak marathon replacement set for my rubbermaid big cart? i see amazon is adding those
Answer:	The ones we ordered came with the bearings. There was no rod.
Question:	what is the hub diameter? am ordering NOT for a Rubbermaid cart
Answer:	comes with 3/4" bearings installed and includes 5/8" bearings to replace them if needed. Rubbermaid uses the 5/8" so I had to switch them out. Pretty simple to do. Very durable wheels. Solid product. Very pleased.
Question:	What type of plastic are these molded from
Answer:	i don't know the type but it is not very durable. i have been through several pairs of these and broke them all in short order. i use them on a rubbermaid cart to clean stalls. they are supposed to be rated to have plenty of capacity for the weight i carry but it must be for sitting still only. i found steel spoke wheels- like a bike tire- advertised for a game carrier that seem to be doing fine. i did have to use a bushing to reduce the hub size.
Question:	how to remove the wrong size bearings. the sleve is coming out. what is the fix
Answer:	sleeve is part of the bearing. It should just pop out as an assembly. Use an appropriate sized socket tap out with hammer. make sure you're driving it the right direction-it has a flange on it. compare to the other set that comes with them. tap replacement in with socket or block of wood.
