Answer:	Most current panel TV's have a standard square layout of threaded mounting holes at the back separated at a four point - pattern 100mm, 200mm, etc. This unit has, I cannot remember, but I think a 200mm mounting plate. Thus you should be able to mount a vertical panel. You may have to adjust for the lower shelf. This is a well made unit.

Answer:	The box for this TV cart states that it fits TVs from 40" to 60".But this TV cart can fit all 32" TVs too ! It does not matter if it is LCD, LED, Plasma, or curved.The most important things about TV compatibility are, in order of importance:1) VESA bolt pattern. VESA is an international standard (measured in mm; 25.4mm per inch).There are four bolt holes on the back of every TV set (LED, Plasma, LCD, or Curved - they all have the bolt holes used for mounting).The smallest VESA measurements we support is 100mm by 100mm. Common 32" TVs have 100x100, 200x100, and 200x200 - we fit all of those VESA specifications.So even though the box says 40"-60", we can actually support TVs from 32" to 65". 2) The weight of the TV; you should not exceed the specified maximum weight for the TV Cart.3) Lastly, appearance and safety. For example, Some of our TV carts that can hold 100" TVs can also hold 32" TVs ! In those cases, the mounting crossbar may show at the side of the TV set by an inch or two. Answer:	I've got a 50" flat panel mounted on it. It's very stable. I roll it through the office without any fear of tipping over.

Answer:	Based on my recollection, the cart didn't provide any screws to mount the TV to it. It did provide all the parts necessary for assembly of the cart itself. I do recall it included an "allen-head" wrench for the assembly bolts. You will need a screwdriver (not included). The only thing I would suggest would be a socket wrench for the casters for the bottom; you can do it without but it makes it easier. All in all it is VERY stable and assembly was very easy. A pair of slip-joint plyers and/or an adjustable wrench (which is what I used) makes the assembly easier. Less than 10 minutes.
