Answer:	Since the SPA 303 sets are not Power Over Ethernet (802.3af) compliant they should include a 5vDC power supply. I would recommend contacting the seller that you purchased these from and requesting the power supplies.

Answer:	I don't know if Ring Central will work but regarding what else is needed...power cord, enternet cord, and a headset if you wwant hands free. The least expensive headset I found that works (and I run a call center) is one we got from Staples: GE Model 98974 at a cost of around 20.00. You plug it in on the right side. Also, you should plug your ethernet to your computer into the bottom of the phone where it says PC and the SW is for your Provider's wall connection.

Answer:	Yes it does - with only one huge caveat. It will only allow you to configure the EXACT same line configuration (with same extension #/password combo) for the 1-5 available lines. Adding just one different line config will result in indefinite registering loop. Other than that, works perfect.

Answer:	NO, it will not work with an online SIP provider (I use Nextiva). You do need CCM for this phone - I found out the hard way. However, you can order the correct one from a number of Cisco vendors, which I ultimately ended up doing, and I love the phone. You need one that supports 3rd Party Call Control (3PCC) and the model numbers are CP-88XX-3PCC-K9= , in this case, CP-8861-3PCC-K9=. Good luck! Other answer is not entirely correct - you can "upgrade" from the 3PCC firmware to the CCM firmware, but once you do, you are stuck with it. You cannot "downgrade" from the CCM firmware to the 3PCC version.

Answer:	Not likely. AT&T's service is normally locked and requires you to use their equipment. We use these and other SIP phones with our voiSip service and their cloud phone system. They are an "open" service, and let you use pretty much any SIP compatible phones and apps.
Question:	Where is the music on hold jack on the base? I saw an opening on the front lower right corner of the base but the jack doesn't fit in
Answer:	Weird. We've never had that happen. We're using voiSip service, and they programmed our phones for us. But I don't think that matters. Probably something in the firmware, or just a faulty phone. See if you can find a setting for it, or maybe try updating firmware. As a last resort, you might need to flash the phone back to factory default, then program again from scratch. If none of that works, I'd pursue warranty replacement, but Cisco is such a pain to deal with.

These phones typically require a Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM) server (can be virtualized) or Cisco Unified Communications Manager Express installed a Cisco Router. For the actual phone lines: You will either need to have POTS lines or a PRI connected to a Cisco Router which point to the CUCM server, or you may connect the UCM server to virtual phone lines through the internet (SIP), which will run over your AT&T Fiber Optic. You may also need to purchase additional licensing. If you don't have the CUCM in place yet, we recommend doing research on Cisco's website or reaching out to vendor to help configure/install the server. Hope that helps!

Ooma is picky, they "require" you to buy the phones through them, however, a lot of people don't realize they can buy a used/refurbished version of the exact same models Ooma sells (Cisco SPA303, SPA 504G; Yealink T27G, etc.) and claim it was reset when you call into to support. Answer "yes" if they ask if you purchased it though them, though they likely won't even ask. You will need to have the phone powered on, and identify what the IP address of the phone is, and type the IP address into a browser on a computer on the same network, you will need to do this while on the phone with Ooma support.
