Answer:	Yes it is, and messages are crystal clear. You can even press a button on your device that will slow down the callers messages which comes in very handy when jotting down notes or phone numbers that the caller may leave.

Answer:	Hi - The photo speed dial buttons will not light up if the assigned number calls the VTech SN5147. Instead, the Caller ID is displayed on the screen of the base and handset if you are subscribed to Caller ID service from your provider. Answer:	Terrible. I returned the handset for just that reason. The base station allows pictures just barely big enough for someone with decent eyesight to recognize the person. The 5307 keys are rectangles, not squares, and probably about 3/4” high. Names in a large font would work better.

Question:	can you purchase an extra long cord for base phone
Answer:	No it does not. The numbers are quite large, though. I have 2 of these phones & love them. Since I am a person who needs to have an "emergency button", I use "911 Help Now", which calls 911 directly, when you push the button. I tested mine to be sure that I got a live person, one time & let them know right away it was a test call. Last time I looked, they were available on Amazon. They have a variety of styles. Mine has a loud alarm and flashing lights, too. No monthly fees or anything! Lots of places offer them for sale.

The fit for my iPad Pro was so good my solution was to also purchase the Huxton13.3" Laptop Sleeve (HUXS-113BLU) that is padded but fits perfectly as an insert to the Laptop bag. Double protection that has already proven itself in worldwide travel, serves as a barebones protection for the iPad Pro if I do not need the files and other items in the larger bag but has been just bullet-proof protection as a combo - could NOT be more pleased.

Answer:	Short answer no. This headset takes the place of the normal headset plugged into a phone so no speaker option is needed. You may want to make sure the phone you are going to use has the option to use this headset, since to hand up and accept a call you have to have a button to push on the phone itself, rather than using the headset to hang up.

Answer:	This is a complete phone; headset and dialpad. You can unplug the headset from the dialpad and use it separately on another phone *if* that phone uses an *RJ11 connector* and not a 2.5mm jack.

Answer:	I purchased the HA0021 Black. As of 8/29/2016, this is the complete unit as pictured. I believe that C. Harrison is right, you can also select just the replacement headset which some of the other buyers have done, thus the confusion.Edwin and Jack are wrong. As the description states "Dialpad Headset Telephone". I connect this to my home phone line. It acts just like a phone. I can dial out and receive calls. The only difference is that it has a headset instead of a handset. It does *not* require Cisco or any other SIP, and does not "clip onto your belt"It works well for me on a daily basis for dialing into customer calls.
