Answer: listen, you can order replacement ear bud rubber pieces right from sennheiser USA. They are smaller and tighter than the originals but they work GREAT. They hold onto the earbud BETTER than the originals. I was disappointed with how easily the grey rubber pieces fell off, but now I dont have to worry about it because the replacement pack included around 10 pieces for around $12 (including shipping). All of a sudden I'm not so paranoid about them falling off.

Answer: I'm not sure because I have a Lexmark s315 and that has never happened. Do you have the cartridges pushed in all the way? Mine are hard to push in and take a lot of pressure before they finally lock in all the way.
