Answer:	I actually purchased a 3 had it for 3 weeks and it got stolen so I got a 4. The sound quality on the 4 is amazing. is it better than the 3, I can't really tell a noticeable difference... it does feel lighter to me than the 3. I also feel that it is made with different material as it seems to be easier to clean. Not exactly sure what the main differences are but for an extra 20$ I think it is completely worth it.

Answer:	Bought a 22'' several years ago, and I didn't notice a difference acoustically. What gets annoying sometimes is the 22" falling off my shoulders (I keep it there, rather than in my coat pocket) when not in use. May not seem like a big deal, but there have been a few times when I'm doing an abdominal or patient in supine position exam, where the 22 inch 'scope can easily slide off my one shoulder and clunk the patient in the chest.

How to change the stethoscope frequency

The membrane side (high frequencies) and the funnel side (low frequencies) can be alternated by turning the stethoscope head. The stethoscope head needs to be firmly placed on the skin while listening. When measuring arterial blood pressure, the stethoscope head can be placed under the blood-pressure cuff with the membrane facing down. You can check which side is active by locating the open/closed funnel opening, or by touching the membrane with your finger while the headphones are in your ears.

The stethoscope is made of high-quality material

If you are not satisfied with the pressure of the stethoscope on your ears, follow these rules:

- If the pressure is too low, take the headphones and push them together while they are not being worn.

- If the pressure is too high, take and headphones and pull them away from each other while they are not being worn.

How to fit earbuds for a comfortable fit

Answer:	I can hear my own heartbeat with this scope, so I think you'd likely be able to hear a fetal heartbeat if you get the head of the scope placed at the recommended point on your abdomen. HOWEVER, I noticed when you rotate the head of the scope around the shaft on which it's mounted, you are supposed to hear a click when you've gone from the flat side to the bell side as the active side., and I can rotate it 360 degrees without hearing a click. I suspect this is a quality control problem with this brand. You might look at a pediatric stethoscope for a fetal heartbeat.

Question:	Does it have two trays that accept 81/2x11 paper
Answer:	Aside from wireless, the M203dw only has two ports, Ethernet and USB. There is no LPT1 (parallel) port. However, ePaper Ltd. has an adapter called LPT2USB that claims to support USB printers on parallel-port computers. I've never used it, so I can't vouch for it, but you may want to research it.
Question:	Does it print in color
Answer:	it prints on labels just like on regular paper.
Question:	Does it work with envelopes
Answer:	If you mean can you just keep printing... yes..... eventually the quality will drop below expectations.
Question:	Will the anti fraud cartridge authentication prevent me from using cartridges that are not hp? or will this technology force me to buy only hp toner
Answer:	We purchased 16 of these printers and none of them came with Toner?? no where did I see on the description that it did not have toner. Now I find on the top flap that toner is optional?? how is toner with a printer optional? No Toner = No Printing!
