Question:	What is the tv jack for? the manual said it is a phone jack, but none of tv has a phone plug
Answer:	While it's true that camera "film" can't be exposed to light, DEVELOPED film becomes a "negative", which CAN be exposed to light. So far, I've converted about 200 35 mm slides to digital photos without any problems. I haven't tried using negatives yet, but I'm sure the result will be the same. It's a fantastic little machine.
Question:	Can this scan 120 film
Answer:	With a Mac, you have to save images to an SD card or the device's built-in memory (only 128 MB). Then you choose USB Upload and you can transfer the images to your computer.
Question:	Are the Reels for 8mm film scanning included or are they an extra cost? None are shown in the advertisement
Answer:	I'm not sure about that as I have only produced a digital image from a negative.
Question:	Does this connect to the computer to save the photos onto hard drive or do you need the SD card
Answer:	Not being an expert on the computer, I am not sure what "ntsc" means, but I do NOT use an sd card with my Kodak Scanner. I have the scanner plugged directly into my laptop, and the digital images go straight to the E drive, from where I easily put them into folders under My Pictures. So far I have done about 1,100 slides, and I am so very happy with the quality of the digital images. I also have had fun editing for brightness and color. Many of my digital images are better than the original slides! I am extremely happy with this product.

Answer:	The width of opening on the mount is 2". I don't know the size of your head, but if it is just a bit more than 2" (say 2 1/4") wide at the point above the nut where it is going to be hanging on the mount, this would work.

Answer:	The base (wood part) is 4" high X 2 wide X 3/4" deep". The hanger part itself from the bottom of the base (the part that is against the wall) it sticks out from the wall 5 & 1/2"

Answer:	I can't say for sure about mounting a Fender brand but it looks like it should no problem. As far as mounting into the dry wall only, I just used some dry wall anchors (got from Ace Hardware) and they worked great. I hang a pretty heavy Les Paul from it and it's very solidly mounted.

Answer:	Hello it should, however, a lot depends on paper thickness and other features. Best would be simply placing each card on a scanner glass. Best regards.

Answer:	The ADF performs well with 4x5 or 4x6 photos. Start off doing 2 or 3 photos at a time to see how well your particular scanner performs. If good, you can then do stacks of 5 or 6 at a time. This advice comes from real-world experience NOT the manual.

Answer:	Yes the HP 5590 Scanner will work with Windows 10, BUT YOU MUST DOWNLOAD the DRIVERS for Windows 10. You can do so by going to HP Support Site for downloading.Before you purchase make sure you are able to download the Drivers for Windows 10. Thank you for your inquiry.
Question:	will this scan 3x5 index cards and if so how many can you load at once
Answer:	The autofeeder wraps the document, so it probably won't work with stiff card stock. However, the flatbed scanner doesn't move the document at all, so if it fits within 8-1/2" by 11 you should be able to use the flatbed to scan your card-stock. Hope this helps.
Question:	How does the ADF perform when scanning printed photographs like 4" x 5" or 4" x
Answer:	It will copy matte-finished color photos, but may have trouble with glossy photos. This will be true of b/w or color glossies. I don't have the scanner where I am, but can test this theory after 11/28.
