Answer:	If you're willing to use a manual technique and you use Windows (not a Mac) then the driver supports two-sided printing with a manual step. It's super easy. Just tell the print driver you want it double sided, print it, then grab the stack of paper printed, drop it into the new paper tray the same way you removed it from the top of the printer, and hit the continue button on the printer. Works perfectly. All pages are in the correct sequence and orientation.

Answer:	Old question but I have a printer (not purchased recently) and that is the exact message I am getting on my Windows 7 64 bit machine. Were you able to find a resolution...or send printer back?

Answer:	It would be a standard USB printer cable. I would search "USB printer cable" and you would find exactly what you were looking for. No variants.
Question:	How well does it print envelopes
Answer:	So- so. It prints them with minimum fuss and bother, but (1) they have to be fed one at a time, and (2) it curls them over a roller so they come out slightly wrinkled. It is much better than my prior Bother printer that required me to change several computer and mechanical settings EVERY time I wanted to print an envelope.
Question:	does it print colors or is it just black and white
