Answer:	It's actually meant to be used as a hair product build-up stripper. If you used it daily, it may lighten your hair, but it would make it dryer than straw. Instead try OGX Shampoo, Sunkissed Blonde Lemon Highlights. A conditioner is also available, and both are sold on Amazon.

Answer:	As wonderful as this shampoo and conditioner is, it's not really good for dry hair. It strips the hair of oil for a very clean feel. If you have a perm, i would advise against it. If I were you, I would get a moisturizing shampoo/conditioner.
