Answer:	Not that I know of but denatured alcohol works well. Try putting some on a sheet of paper and try and copy a blank sheet. That way no ink will be put on the paper with the alcohol on it

Question:	Does it print in 12 x 12 paper
Answer:	No, the maximum size this machine can print is 8.5"x 14".
Question:	I only want to print using black ink. Do I need to have all of the colors installed, or can I use black by itself
Answer:	Install the color as well and just never use it. Before print it’ll give you an option to choose color or black and you can also just use black.
Question:	Does it scan
Answer:	Yes, The Brother MFC-J491DW All-in-One inkjet printer Scans, Prints, Copies and double sided print/copy. The Unit should Fax however I do not the Fax capability installed. awesome little printer.
Question:	If you run out of a color cartridge, will it print in black
Answer:	No! I cannot get mine to print in black and white when any color cartridge is empty. It does NOT automatically print in black only and even when I change the settings, it refuses to print. Once I replaced the color cartridges, it happily printed in black and white again. I've never had a printer do this.

Answer:	I don't know why another person said that it would not accept XL ink cartridges. It most certainly does accept XL (and regular) Cartridge #245 & 246
Question:	Does this one come with the software
Answer:	My Pixma MG2522 came with an installation disk, but we ended up downloading the software online anyway.
Question:	Does it print in only black if the color cartridges run out
Answer:	The previous answer is incorrect. The MG2522 series printers will not print unless the color cartridge is present and has ink. 170701
Question:	Does it come with ink
Answer:	There are two purchase options. The low price clearly states "no ink" when you move our cursor over the price. The higher price comes with cartridges. For about $30 more you get $59 worth of cartridges.

Question:	Can I print from my digital camera
Answer:	I believe these labels would fit. I compared one with the 4oz jar I use them on and it looks like they will have very little gap on the width and will just fit on the height.
Question:	Is the scanner easy to use? Does it scan directly to the computer of your choice
Answer:	We recommend using a laser or pigment-based inkjet printer with these waterproof labels. If you use a regular inkjet printer instead of a pigment-based inkjet, the waterproof and oil-resistant properties will not work with the label. We hope this helps!
