Answer:	No ties. It's a sturdy material designed to lay on top of the water. It works beautifully. So happy I bought it.

Answer:	I have a MacBook Pro 2011-12 series with the CD player installed and it works you just have to install the printer plugin "canon print studio pro" and the video of Jose Rodriguez printing channel it's on YouTube if you wanna try out the steps for printing

Answer:	Be sure to buy chroma optimizer with it. It empties pretty fast. Also, the first set of ink is filled into the tubes and appears to be "Short-changed". I don't think they "short" you on ink. It costs about 60$ a tank so... x12 is quite a bit of money. They do warn when you are running low. That is not the same as out of ink. I printed a whole show on "Low".

Answer:	Hi! When you use genuine Canon inks and Canon photo paper, your photos should be able to last for decades or more if properly cared for. Prints made on the imagePROGRAF PRO-1000 are expected to last as long as 200 years when stored in a photo album. We hope this helps!
Question:	Am debating this one vs. epson p800, am concerned about clogging of epson. how are matte prints on the canon? and does it work well with apple
Answer:	No clogging issues at all and does a great job on matte and coated. However the Epson may have a slight edge on the saturation of blacks on matte paper. You can also replace the print heads on the Canon which you cannot do with the Epson (if the print head goes the printer is trash). And the big big plus for the Canon is that the printer does not need to dump ink when it switches between matte and photo black. The Epson has to dump the current black ink in use before switching to the other (switching between matte and photo black) That costs a lot of money in wasted ink. If you only print on matte paper however, this may never be an issue for you. One thing that the Epson has over the 1000 or any of the pro Canon printers is that it will not print full bleed on 11x14 or 11x17. For those sizes you would have to print on a 13x19 sheet of paper. It also does not require the use of an CO tank (chroma optimizer) which is requred for the Canon. For me the many positives for the Canon won out.

Answer:	I have no experience with the hp mobile printer so I can't say, but the Polaroid zip was very hard to connect to my phone. It connects by Bluetooth and I was only able to get it to connect once. I returned it after contacting support and they were unable to help me. I suggest getting a portable printer that will connect with a mini usb to your mobile device to ensure a connection.

Answer:	to answer your question a qualified reply- this stat will easily handle any 2 wire millivolt or 24 volt application so Yes. The qualifier millivolt alone will not power the unit you will need to run it on batteries only- really NP change them once or twice a year with top grade batteries will serve you well. Many suggest removing the RC-RH jumper as well if in heat only mode no need to yet you can- connect your wires to the rh and w terminals- put in the batteries follow the programming instructions- oh- magnifier needed really small print, you are good to go. Question:	where do you feed the 11x17 paper? In the tray underneath or does it have to go up top? And if up top, how many sheets does it hold so that I'm not babysitting all day for a print job
Answer:	Load paper.(1) Open the paper support, and pull it out.(2) Open the front cover gently. Important If the disc tray guide (A) is open, close it. (3) Pull out the paper output tray. (4) Slide the paper guides (B) to open them, and load the paper in the center of the rear tray WITH THE PRINT SIDE FACING YOU.(5) Slide the paper guides (B) to align them with both sides of the paper stack.Do not slide the paper guides too hard. The paper may not be fed properly. Important Always load paper in the portrait orientation (C). Loading paper in the landscape orientation (D) can cause paper jams.NOTE: This printer is a quality printer for excellent copies. If you are looking for a production type printer where you can do many copies, it would be best that you go to a copy store and have them do it. If you are seeking a few select prints then this would be for you. I believe that about 25 copies is all that can be loaded at a time.
Question:	What are people's experience with Compatible inks vs. Canon inks? The price difference is huge. Is there any down-side
Answer:	I have used Blake Printing Supply for my Canon MX922 and imagine/hope I'll have the same experience with this model. I use them mostly for graphics on canon matte photo paper for making cards and signs, and can't believe the quality and value $. Highly recommend. Will update if I do not get same result with this printer that I am about to use for the first time, tomorrow!!! I hope they NEVER stop making it; could NOT afford canon branded ink
Question:	Does the PIXMA i8720 handle card stock well? I run a very small greetings card business, and my current printer murders card stock
Answer:	The heaviest we've printed is 140 lb paper by Strathmore. We also print greeting and post cards; aside of drymounting photo paper to card stock (whose photo quality absolutely can't be beat), the best paper we've found for iP8720 direct printing is Canson Stamping Cards (beats Strathmore's inket offerings hands-down; we found it on Dick Blick's site). I don't know if Canson publishes this specific product's weight, but it's probably around ~110 lbs.
Question:	does it scan and copy
Answer:	The previous answer ("Copies, but doesn't scan") is WRONG. I've checked the printer and the users manual, and the iP8720 does NOT have scan capability. It is a printer only--not a fax, not a scanner, not a copier. If you need to scan and copy, then you need a different machine. The main value of the iP8720 is for large-format (up to about 13" by 19") printing. If you don't need that capability, then you'd be much better off with a standard-format all-in-one.

Answer:	No. You can dock your phone to the actual printer. It does have a wifi option to print but that is not the only way to print.

What are the common usage of Silk PLA?

Silk PLA is known for silk like appearance and easy to prints. It can widely used in household decoration parts, toys, gift and cosplay objects. Due to the smooth and silk texture surface, it is good material for Christmas present.

We recommend to use lower temperature in printing, It is about 200-215 C. Smooth surface could be get and no string are occurred in printing.

Answer:	I didn't want a folio case for this so I went with the "ORANXIN Case for Lenovo M10 Plus - Silicone Soft Skin TPU Shockproof Lightweight Protective Cover for Lenovo M10 Plus TB-X606F/X 10.3 inch Tablet." available on Amazon. All the cutouts match and the case provides a nice nonslip (something you really need with this tablet!) grip. My only complaint, is that I wish it fit a bit more snuggly around the tablet body.

Answer:	I watch Netflix, music, and movies on my M10 tablet in HD. Not sure about the review you read. It's not 2 or 4K Ultra HD, but it does display in HD and the picture is very good.
Question:	How long does the ink last? Do I have to replace the whole thing

Answer:	This will connect directly to you home or work WiFi network. Having a hard connection usually provides a fast and more stable connection however. You can also use WiFi to print directly from a compatible mobile device.

Answer:	This is only desktop inkjet Heat Tranfer Vinyl I have found. This printer has pigmented inks so that is good. www.brilliantvinyl.com There are plenty of eco-solvent inkjet vinyl products so be careful when searching. I have tried this above product and it worked but the transfer is heavy.
