Answer:	It think the 2511 does not have an ionizer like the 2505. Besides that, they are the same.

Answer:	The fan is not height adjustable.

Answer:	To a certain extent. The face plate on mine came off fairly easily to wipe the blades. You can get most of the dust off if you're patient but, I'm not sure about pet hair.

Answer:	Hmmm, good question! I have a 16 lb kitty that likes to do the same but he's not allowed in the bedroom where we have this fan, so I did a little stability test of my own just now. Although it has a pretty large base, the base isn't weighted and the fan does wobble substantially when I pushed against it so I'm thinking if you have an overly enthusiastic kitty that likes to push up and rub against things (ours kinda rams himself against anything he rubs on more than brushing lightly against things), the weight of a 17 lb cat might would possibly knock this thing over. I'd suggest one of the Lasko Fans that has the faux wood trim - I've seen them in person at the store and they seem to be a bit more stable than this fan.

Answer:	Yes, it can print 11 x 17 borderless. I rubbed water (rather aggressively) on a black and white print. It spread a small amount of ink around, but didn't degrade the sharpness of the printed values. This might partly depend on the paper quality. I have hammermill 99.99% jam free 11 x 17.
Question:	What is the difference between this mfc-j6930dw and the mfc-j6935dw besides cost
Answer:	The difference is that the 6935 can use the Inkvestment cartridges and the 6930 can not. I just paid 48 bucks for a black 3000 page cartridge for my 6930 and you can get the same cartridge in the "Inkvestment" series for 31 bucks. So you can either get the 6930 cheaper and pay a little more for ink or you can pay more for the 6935 and get the ink cheaper.

Answer:	Yes you can. I just scanned a 5 page document using the document feeder. Worked great!

Answer:	Yes it hinges up. The rear hinges seem to be able to lift up higher than just a page, like on a book, but it definitely lifts up. I normally lift up the top to scan one or two pages vs. using the document feed.

Answer:	The 880 has touch screen fax buttons instead of physical buttons, uses different print cartridge model numbers (newer possibly) and has NFC support for phones that support. I have not used a 870 so I'm not sure if the 880s touchscreen is more responsive but usually they update the processor on refreshes. Answer:	If one of the cartridges is expended, the printer signals you to replace the cartridge in order for printing to continue. You can temporarily continue printing from your computer using black ink. Replace the expended color cartridge as soon as possible for future printing. Answer:	If this adjusts to legal size paper, I would love to know how. I have never been so displeased with a printer. I almost constant get a message saying the printer isn't connected, which is remedied by rebooting my computer.

Answer:	I have a WF 3620 and it worked just fine with remanufactured inkcartridges then the "ugrade" and it started to barely pring. Put in Epson cartridges for $70 and it was fine. $70 is half the price of the printer. Time to move to a Brother printer recommended by Consumers Research.
