Answer:	Yes. The HPA200 is the same as the HPA300 except thats its smaller. I have both units and they both are excellent. They use the SAME filters, and the carbon filter can be cut to size when u re-order. It really depends on your room size. HPA200 is only good for single rooms about 12'x12'. HPA300 is good for rooms that connect to other rooms. Like living room/kitchen combo. But both models are excellent, and work great.

Somebody says ( it is not my experience. I have had the printer for only two weeks) it last for more than 700 regular printed pages (?).

Answer:	Yes you can. I just scanned a 5 page document using the document feeder. Worked great!

Answer:	Yes it hinges up. The rear hinges seem to be able to lift up higher than just a page, like on a book, but it definitely lifts up. I normally lift up the top to scan one or two pages vs. using the document feed.

Answer:	My photo printing was excellent quality. Adjusting the paper feed system is not an easy adjustment, but much easier on the fourth or fifth time you use it. One small thing is there is a 1/16" white strip on top and bottom. Tom

Answer:	The 880 has touch screen fax buttons instead of physical buttons, uses different print cartridge model numbers (newer possibly) and has NFC support for phones that support. I have not used a 870 so I'm not sure if the 880s touchscreen is more responsive but usually they update the processor on refreshes. Answer:	There are 2 cartridges when you buy the printer; 1 black one tricolor. When you register the printer, it will set up a $120 Instant Ink credit equivalent to 24 months of 100pg/mn coverage. If you choose to use the Instant Ink (I recommend), this will trigger HP to start ink deliveries and will send you more ink automatically when you starts to get low on ink and arrive before you run out. For the page counts, you can print any amount of ink on the page (letter, brochure, PowerPoint, graph, photo, ...). HP doesn't track/store what you print, only the page counts. There is no paper.

Answer:	My mom bought a generic and it jammed her printer. 2 months after buying it brand new. Be careful with that on cannons. She cant get it repaired because nobody does that around us and she didnt have a plan with bestbuy, so it's a lost cause I guess. I bought generic for my hp, it messed it up a bit, but nothing like how her Canon responded. I think they chip them to know where their own ink is being used vs a competitor.
