Question:	I live in an old house, My switches only have 1wire, the hot. No ground and no neutral in my wall switch boxes. Will this work for me
Answer:	You could use this in conjunction with the Insteon 2475F FanLinc Insteon Dual-Band Ceiling Fan and Light Controller, to controll the light functions. Use your remote to control the fan functions. The switch is of course unnecessary however.
Question:	Can you program 2 remotes to work with one switch? I want one wall mounted and one hand held
Answer:	This item needs to work with an Insteon hub, there is a hub that works with HomeKit. But this is a combination I have not tried.
Question:	Does anyone know if this dimmer works on a three way switch
Answer:	The Smarthome page for the 2466DW says nothing about dual-band. Neither the quickstart guide nor the owners manual say anything about dual-band. The owners manual states, in more than one place, that you need to "make sure you have installed at least two Access Points (#2443) or other dual-band INSTEON products". I think it's pretty certain that this product is NOT dual-band.
Question:	I purchased the Lutron P-PKG1W-WH and my new LED bulbs are flickering when being dimmed. They are dimmable bulbs and I have tried 2 different brands
Answer:	Yes. I have the 2466DW installed in my kitchen in a 3-gang switch box in the center between two other standard Lutron toggle switches. I needed the Insteon as it was the only toggle style dimmer switch compatible with controlling the low-voltage(twicebright CL1220TL) mini-recessed lights that use dimmable LED bulbs above my sink. The switch is high quality and easy to program for the desired on level.

Answer:	If the lights are a standard 2-tile-size fixture, with a steel frame, then yes. I use them on the horrible LED lighting in my office.

Answer:	The blue makes it darker than you'd expect. The white ones are a light cream color, and soften the lights well. I used them in my classroom and the students noticed and appreciated the difference.

EASY OPERATION-

A simple tap of the power button located just above the gooseneck is all it takes to turn your Litespan on. A one-second tap is all you need. To dim the lamp, hold down on the power button while the lamp is on and it will start to run through its brightness gradient. When you get to the desired level, just let go.

BUILT-IN LED BULB-

Our Litespan lamps come equipped with an energy efficient LED bulb. It is built into the lamps head for sturdiness, so it can't be replaced, but with its 15-20 year lifespan, you won't need to replace it.

It has 12 watts, 2,000 lumens, and a cool white color temperature of 6,000k. Because of the built-in dimmer, the Litespan cannot be operated by external remotes, smart devices, or dimmers.

PRODUCT SPECIFICATIONS-

The Litespan weighs just over 10 pounds, but is easily portable and can be moved from place to place. Its height can be adjusting by varying the angle of the gooseneck, and can reach a height anywhere between 42 and 53 inches. The base measures 9 x 10 inches, while the head is 10 x 7 inches.

Question:	Is there a way to revive these if they dry out prematurely? I know alcohol will revive a dry erase marker, but i know these are not alcohol based
Answer:	Yes, depending on the extent of solvent loss, the markers can often be restored. Place the cap back on the marker tightly and store tip down for 24 hours. The marker should revive. Once revived, store marker back to its normal horizontal position
Question:	Can I use these wet erase markers on a regular dry erase board (since they are eaiser to get out of my children's clothes
Answer:	From my experience when I was younger, It generally isn't a good idea. While you can use the expo spray to wipe away marks I have run across some whiteboards that leave smears/smudges/traces of color in the background. It does depend on the white board but I would recommend dry erase for white board and these for plastic/laminated things.
Question:	would these write well to laminated paper? would they wipe away well also? I looking for good pen for laminated scoring sheets
Answer:	I specifically use these on sheets that I have laminated and they work great. They do not wipe off easily, like dry erase. Which is good because you can't accidentally wipe something off. Just a little water and a paper towel will clean it right off on something laminated.
Question:	Do they eventually become permanent if left on for too long
Answer:	I use them to write notes on my mirror and I noticed that if I waited a few weeks they took more effort to remove. First wet swipe to remove still left a stain. But with a little scrubbing it came off completely.

Answer:	It is fast dry, it would take 2-4 mins to dry , thanks.

Answer:	Not sure beyond inkjet printer ink. These did not perform as well as pricier versions. Colors not as sharp.
Question:	If I print an image on this film, can children color the image with crayons or colored pencils? Will it smear

Question:	Does this come with a bulb
Answer:	The short answer is - yes. but - reality sucks. I had to order a couple of these critters - then combine non-damaged parts for a working unit. Amongst other issues of shattered plastic pieces parts - the bulb was not always - actually - "in" the socket. Technically, it was inside the projector - some-where... But, not like you could turn it on - or, anything silly like that. Also, the lighting fixture supports two bulbs. If one dies - just switch over to the other bulb via a sliding device. The Plan B bulb is "not" included. So, the much longer answer for whether or not all the bulbs are included - that would be a "no." The bulbs aren't particularly cheap. They are an odd voltage. And, they don't warranty a spectacular spec for hours of use. Still, my wife is the one that uses it in a classroom - all day long - for over a year - and, she is still on her first bulb. We don't have a run monitor on it - but, I would guess that it has exceeded its life expectancy by now. She has a Plan B bulb and an additional spare. She also runs the fan in cool down mode (aka bulb off) - that may be helping (or, not)
Question:	The image is straight up on ceiling
Answer:	"The image is straight up on ceiling" = cool.... Not quite sure how ya pulled that off... shouldn't be possible. Ok... You have a "this can't happen" kind of problem. Oddly enough, for the Apollo 3000, this may not be all that unusual. My personnel experience with the 3000 leads me to conclude that the unit is "not" over designed. Some of the individual parts are pretty good, adequate, sufficient. The integration needs work. The main box is too thin. Sub assemblies are flimsy. Adjustment locks are weak. All in all, if you can get One delivered with no shipping damage, optically the 3000 works well. I had to order three of'm. I robbed pieces parts from all three and built one, which still has cracks in the main box. Ergo, I am not surprised that the image is on the ceiling. You are probably missing a mirror - and/or - the mirror is totally miss aligned. The mirror is the trick that performs the 45 degree angle reflection on to the wall. The mirror part is clearly shown in the product image. If it's broken off - or, bent too far backwards, it won't do its job Or, go with plan B. Get the audience to lay on the floor and stare at ceiling. Or, go with plan C. Point it straight at the wall - and learn the write vertically. Or, go with plan D. Keep ordering more of'm till you have enough parts to make one that works.
Question:	what if it has problems? Can it be returned
Answer:	I kept getting these things with little to no additional packaging. For some reason, the vendors felt that the box on the shelf was adequate for shipping. It's not. or, Maybe it's just my UPS guy. He's got a thing for drop kicking overhead projectors. Amazon had no issues with sending out additional units. They were concerned about having the rejects returned. I live in a rural area. Finding a drop box large enough to swallow an overhead projector is problematic.
