Answer:	1-2 month shipping time? I went back and looked at the item, it says prime eligible, which is just 2 days!

Answer:	The manufacturer says ' DO NOT USE OIL". I purchased the NUOVA Shredder Sharpening and Lubricant Sheets, they are simple to use. I use one sheet a month, just run sheet through shredder then run in reverse for ten seconds. I have been doing this since I purchased the shredder and it has reduced the paper dust that builds up on the underside of the shredder head and I don't have the problem of paper sticking to the teeth.
Question:	Can this handle shredding the new credit cards with chips in them? My last shredder is now broken because of the chip cards
Answer:	I honestly do not think chipped credit cards would be an issue at all. I doubt the shredder would ever notice it. The chip is a very thin fragile piece of copper. Try to find the manual online for the shredder you are looking at, if it can handle staples and small paperclips, then a chipped card would be nothing.
Question:	how many sheets of paper can you put in at once
Answer:	Do you want the "official" answer or a practical one? Officially I believe the previous responders are correct by saying 8 sheets. From my experience, I believe that if you were to feed in sheets eight at a time, you would find that the shredder would soon overheat and the circuit breaker would trip off. That requires a somewhat lengthy cool-down period before you can resume shredding operations. (If you only go through a limited number of cycles of 8 sheets each, that would be okay.) In my experience, it generally handles 4 sheets at a time over a prolonged period. This is the case when I am clearing out last years credit card receipts, utility bills, etc. That can add up to a fair amount of paper for shredding. Is this a scientific exact answer? No, but it is what I have done to get good results from my shredder. Have I ever tripped the circuit breaker? Yep. They say experience is the best teacher. While this is somewhat long winded, I hope it gives you a useful answer for what to expect.

Question:	How long does it work , and how long is the cool down
Answer:	The paper shredder works around 10 minutes or so when you are using it continuously. You can maybe get a few minutes more, but there's more of a chance of it overheating. If the paper shredder overheats, you will have to wait about 30 minutes for it to cool down. If you use it for about 10 minutes, STOP shredding for about 5 minutes. This avoids having the shredder shut down automatically to cool down. In the long run, taking five minute breaks is way more productive then waiting a mandatory 30 minutes. Just take the extra time and shuffle some papers or organize some. Haha. Seriously though It really is a good paper shredder. It shreds the papers into very tiny confetti. I feel it's worth working in 10 minute bursts.

Answer:	Put a small plastic bag in it. I then dump the shredded material in my recycling bag. So no bits are flying around. Then you can put the same small bag back into shredder.

Answer:	I would not recommend it, as this particular device doesn't "cut" as much as "masticate" ,or "pull apart" what's fed into it. Since plastic wrappers have the ability to stretch, they don't "cut" in this machine. Instead, they get "ripped apart" - leaving globs of various-length ripped plastic all over the moving parts of the machine. I fed mine some of this plastic overwrap from a new router I bought - the plastic had the default password and MAC address of my router, and I wanted to shred it. Now I am sorry.... as well as looking for pliers to get all the plastic out of the shredder's teeth.

Answer:	I am going to quote the advertising information + Safety Lock feature disables shredder when not in use for added safety protection. I also find the paper slot to be quite narrow. Fingers or paws are way too big to be able to enter the slot. The shredder blades are a good two inches below the top of the slot. The paper slot is 3/16" wide. A pencil will not fit into the slot. I am well pleased with the machine. I do quite a bit of shredding so I do not mind emptying the bin every now & then.

Don't try to shred 10 sheets of stiff paper at a time. 3. Don't let the bin fill to the top— It will make a mess when you try to empty it. Other than that, this is the best shredder I have ever had.

Answer:	There is no cooling fan in this product. It is designed to run continuously for a defined length of time. If you come close to this continuous amount of time, the unit should shut down to prevent overheating.

Answer:	Yes, Yes, Yes. This is the main reason I purchased this shredder. JUNK-MAIL It saves so much time. Just drop the entire envelope into the shredder and it's Gone. No fuss.
Question:	Will it shred a credit card with a chip
Answer:	Yes! It will shred a credit cards. One at a time only. And remember to remove all paper from the envelopes. I’ve only shredded up to (6) pieces of paper together at one time. Use WD40 spray to oil the blades after emptying out the can twice.

Answer:	Bonsaii c220A is a 12 sheet cross cut shredder. the shredded paper looks like confetti. Bonsaii C220B is a 10 sheet micro cut shredder. the shredded paper looks like tiny diamond cuts. the difference is the cutting of the paper. micro shredding is smaller than cross cut. if you recyle micro cutting paper, staple the top of the bag and roll it down. the spill is a messy clean up. the second difference is how many document you can shred at one time. C220A 12 sheets at a time. C220B 10 sheets at a time
Question:	How do i get the wheels on? can i use a rubber mallet? i'm a little concerned as the material is plastic
Answer:	Dear customer, we suggest you to paste some lubricant oil to the wheels and try if can push them in, if not, you can use a rubber mallet to help. Please know that the 2 wheels with brake is for the front side. If have any problem just let us know.
Question:	will this work in a standard us outlet
Answer:	The one I have has a two-pronged plug. So if they don't or haven't changed design, yes, should work in standard outlet.
Question:	Manual for C-221B says continuous run time is only 10 minutes, but your description is 30 minutes continuous. Which one is correct
Answer:	Neither I could only get it to run for maybe 2 minutes. This is not a good product and you should pick another manufacturer and model. I found a really good one at Costco.
