Answer:	The black covers are powdercoat-painted on brass. Any paint makes for a less slippery glide. Paint is like a sponge, it absorbs the moisture on your lips which slows down the glide of the harp over your lips. The blue covers are blue-colored stainless steel, NOT PAINTED. the blue covers are far superior in so far s glide is concerned. Easttop has a few other models that have "silver" covers which have electroplated nickel on brass. The "silver" covers glide very well and are my favorite covers offered by Easttop.

The 10-hole harmonica basically selects the tone/key according to the song to be played, but sometimes the harmonica with a different tone is selected. How you choose tone is depending on how you play.

For example, if you want to play a beautiful melody straight, you should have the same tone as the song (called the 1st position), and if you want to get a cool ad lib with blues or rock, you should get the tone 4 degrees above the song (called the 2nd position). If you choose it, you will get a bluesy atmosphere.

Question:	what does the name special 20 imply
Answer:	The primary difference appears to be cosmetic, in that the cover plate has changed (for the worse, in my opinion). Rather than the fancier script it reads "Special 20" with the word "Progressive" in the middle. The screw heads that hold the reed plate in are smaller than before, and the diameter of the screws is about half of what it was. There are a couple of other little changes too, but not worth mentioning.None of these things are a big deal in terms of playability - pretty much non-issues, really. I'd still go for the earlier model (stores have tons of them around) just on looks, the older model just has a cooler appearance. Also, you could watch for sales on these (just before Christmas Amazon had a set of 5 for $106).Still, it's a good harp.

Answer:	I just purchased a C. I don't think it should matter too much unless you have a band you're playing with that has instruments in a certain key. In other words, I think you should know if you need a certain key. If you don't, you're fine.

Answer:	LMAO...IT'S A...BLUES...HARP. APPROXIMATELY the same size as a Hohner...4"W X 1"D X 3/4"H. Those are approximate dimensions...it sounds like somebody was describing a shoebox in your description. Let me tell you...THIS Harp...is every bit as good as a Hohner, yes, even though it has a plastic comb...it's a FANTASTIC BLUES HARP. FOR THE PRICE...YOU CAN NOT GO WRONG!!! Answer:	China I believe. I also am suspicious that it is an Easttop Harmonica with the Fender brand on it. That said, don't be put off. It is a fine harp, as good or better than harps cost several $$ more.
