Question:	What's a good USB battery pack to pair with this
Answer:	The biggest change is in the headroom. These preamps and converters are cleaner and offer more gain than the 2nd gen. These pres also come equipped with the "Air" mode which adds some high end to model the ISA preamp circuit. The 3rd gen 18i20 also has 16 ADAT I/O channels as opposed to the 2nd gen's 8 channels of ADAT. Answer:	Hi, There have been several improvements made to the 3rd generation range of interfaces. Firstly, all of the inputs on the 18i20 3rd gen feature Air mode, emulating the classic sound of our original transformer-based ISA preamps. Secondly, the 18i20 3rd gen now has the ability to switch between Main and Alternative speakers connected to it using a front panel button. Thirdly, we have added a built-in Talkback function (allowing the engineer to talk directly to the performer), a Loopback function (allowing audio from one application to be recorded into another without connecting cables), Dual ADAT ports for recording 16 channels of audio into the DAW at 96kHz, optical S/PDIF and removable rack ears. Lastly, the specifications of the preamps and conversion have been improved even further - for example, the dynamic range has been increased to 111dB and the gain range is now 56dB instead of 50dB on the 2nd generation. Answer:	You can record each input separately, one track at a time, the track 1 and 2 are monophonic and they can use any input (A or B), channel 3 and 4 are stereo, so, you can record two instruments at the same time on these channels (left - rigth) using inputs A and B.

Answer:	Yes, you will want to use a software like Skype or Google Voice. You can connect the headphone output of your computer to one of the H5 inputs.
Question:	If this unit is powered off and a USB cable is connected to a computer does it automatically turn on or will it stay off
Answer:	It will automatically turn on with the option to select its use as an interface or storage device...hope this helps.
Question:	Is the battery life significantly improved over the H4N? I like my H4N, but it's terrrible on phantom power for battery life
Answer:	I can't compare it to the H4n. I got about 8-10 hours on the h5 using alkalines and phantom being on for nearly all of that time. It gives very little warning when the batteries are about to go.
Question:	Judging from the pictures it looks to be made of plastic. Is this fragile or robust
Answer:	It does not have a plastic feel. If you have ever held an H4n than this will feel somewhat the same. The H5 has a slim, but sturdy feel. It's not the kind of item that would break easily. The thing with the H5 is that it is so cool looking that you're always worrying about getting a single scratch on it. Fortunately, the rubber like exterior seems to handle scratches pretty well. Highly recommend that you get a screen protector as soon as you take it out of the box. I've held both the H5 and H6 and while the H6 feels slightly heavier and more professional with all the knobs, nice looking finish and a great color screen. The H5 feels lighter, has great build quality and you are more likely to use it because it light enough to mount on a rig or carry around... Without the fear of it breaking. I've bumped it on a few corners with my rig and it has held up pretty well. The only thing that feels like plastic are the adapters, but that applies to both the H5 and H6.Hope that helps.

Question:	Any issues with sound going out of sync after a certain amount of time
Answer:	Didn't check sRGB, but at least the one I got almost fully covered AdobeRGB, like 98%. Not as good as my old HP LP2475 which has a much wider gamut.Keep in mind, at least on Windows, Photoshop has scaling issues on a 4k display. The other Adobe programs work fine.
Question:	Does the DR-70D lose it's settings if you remove the batteries
Answer:	If using multiple monitors with different resolutions, make sure the highest resolution monitor is the primary one. I thought, mistakenly it turns out, that I'd like to use my 1080P monitor for the desktop and use Lightroom's dual monitor support to put the image on the higher resolution secondary display. It is amazing how many boxes from Lightroom to just plain installing software became difficult to impossible to use. My new plan is to use my HP 5K monitor as the primary display and this NEC for Lightroom's secondary image display.
Question:	can you monitor or adjust each mic line seperately on the tascam 70d online reviews says you can only do that with the tascam 60d mk
Answer:	since I don't have the two monitors side by side, can't answer that specifically. I am also a photographer, and once I hooked this up - the clarity blew me away. I love it - have not color calibrated it yet.

Answer:	I would not buy these. I ended up throwing mine away. The audio was horrible and kept breaking up from day 1.

Answer:	Don't know - this product supports the range 30Hz - 17kHz frequency response. If Sony IR transmits in this range, this receiver will pickup. Sony is notorious to use their own standards to build a monopoly and make money on accessories and a parallel market (just like Apple).
Question:	Does the a/c adapter in the bundle allow you to operate while plugged in? Or is it a battery charger
