Answer:	The WMX-20 Duo receiver has both "mono" and "stereo" modes. The mono mode combines the two mics and outputs the same signal on both left and right channels. The stereo mode outputs the A and B mics separately on the left and right channels of the TRS connector. I bought a 3rd-party 3.5mm TRS to 2 XLR connector cable and run the receiver output into two separate XLR inputs on my audio interface That way, I have two separate mono inputs that I can amplify and record independently

Answer:	The receivers are battery-powered (2AA), and the mics draw power from the receivers (no separate button batteries). The transmitter however, is powered by a plug-in transformer. I think it's 12V, but I'm not positive. I've never seen a battery-powered transmitter in a system like this, but you might be able to rig something up. That said, the range is pretty good, so you might be able to get it to work if you're close to a power source. Depending on the location (with a clear path to the receivers), you can probably get 100-200 ft from the transmitter.
Question:	One of the transmitters stopped working. is there a way to fix it or do i need to purchase another tranmsitter? i just bought it a few months ago
Answer:	I would try getting ahold of Amazon or the manufacturer and see if they can get you a replacement. That shouldn't happen. I've had mine for a couple months now as well and it's usually all over my desk and it still works.

Answer:	I would highly recommend getting a USB audio interface and a lightning to USB adapter (a.k.a. camera kit) to plug a mic into your iPad. It'll make life easier, even though it's another expense. Brands like Focusrite, Behringer, Steinberg, MOTU, Roland all make good 2-input interfaces that are class compliant and would work great.
Question:	Internal antenna
Answer:	Assuming the unit is the same one we bought the antennas are internal on the mic transmitter and external on the receiver. The picture at the left of the question doesn't match our units.
Question:	It says you can use up to 12 systems, does this refer to 12 Receivers (24 Transmitters) or only 12 Transmitters
Answer:	We own two of these systems. The only way we can get the for transmitters to work is if they are on separating channels. For example, all odd channels or all even. I started out with channel 1,2,3 and 4. That did not work and gave terrible crosstalk. I now have them setup as, 3, 5, 7 and 9.

Answer:	The size, (dimensions) for these are all the same. The difference is the frequency range the wireless microphone use ? I highly recommend you to review www.shure.com and find out the recommended frequency (group) for your area. It can greatly reduce the interference.
