Answer:	I have it paired to both my iPad Pro and my cell phone. Occasionally, it gets confused and will default to just my iPhone while I’m listening to my iPad but I just turn off my Bluetooth on my iPhone and it goes back to my iPad, then I switch my Bluetooth back on , on the phone, and manually choose it to pair, then they are both connected again. It’s great because I can listen to the iPad with movies or music and still get the phone to answer if someone calls. (And when I answer the phone, the iPad pauses automatically and once I end calls, iPad resumes)

Answer:	My only thought would be that somehow the mute button is inoperable, leaving the other agents sound permanently off....unless you are not using it with the correct headsets, which are recommended as Plantronics, Jabra, Agent, or Sennheiser, preferably. Others could potentially work, but the manufacturer recommends these four. In addition, I believe (but am not certain) the Polycom 335 is for VOIP, only, right?
