She would press the power button, it came on but a few seconds later it went off. I wanted to return it thinking it was defective. She took it home with her and put it on the charger for two hours. When she powered it up again it worked fine and she said she loves it. You might plug it in for exactly two hours and try it again. Good Luck! |
