Answer:	This stand is very adjustable. I don't know how tall said six year old is, but I mainly use it sitting. I'm pretty short when I sit, since I barely stand above 5'0".

Answer:	Two different types of clips are included. One is a standard Universal clip for microphones.
Question:	how tall is the stand
Answer:	With the legs opened, the first section can expand to 57" tall. Then with the boom arm extended straight up, it can reach as tall as 77". Why you would want it 77" tall is beyond me unless you're a giant...lol! It's just like any other Mic stand. Open the legs and tighten them down, then twist the center knob counter clock wise to be able to raise the straight bar up or down to the height you want and then use the boom arm to set the angle of the mic and how far you want it to extend out past the base. These are very nice stands, I own three of them and haven't had a single issue with them so far. Hope this helps.

Answer:	Well, I just measured it and....with the stand fully extended and the boom vertical (parallel to the stand shaft) and also fully raised, the mic clip is just over 7 feet above the floor. Whether that is comfortable or not really depends on how heavy the mic or whatever you're going to put up there is.

Answer:	You should have received the two-piece threaded adapter with the stand. If you remove the internal threaded insert, it should fit. I removed mind and screwed the mic holder into the stand head.

Answer:	It absolutely does. This stand screws in perfectly to the Blue Yeti, and it hold the mic up no problem. Just make sure you tighten all the screws.
Question:	Would this be too heavy to use as a boom mic stand for a movie
Answer:	Actually it's too light and tends to fall over. It also would be a terrible way to hold a boom mic. If you need a low budget boom mic holder use a painters extension pole and rig up a shock mount from the mic from rubber bands and PVC pipe cult into rings.
Question:	Can you unscrew the boom arm and use the base as a normal vertical microphone stand? Does the vertical part end in a standard 5/8" thread
Answer:	Hi Kevin. Sorry for the late response. Yes you can unscrew the boom. The base of the stand is wider than a standard round base so you would have to be careful not to step on or bump the base leg as you would be standing closer to the microphone stand without the boom extension. Hope this helps.

The DK707 7-Piece Drum Microphone Kit from Samson is a full-range microphone package for professional drummers. It includes four Q72 instrument mics, a Q71 kick drum mic, two CO2 pencil condenser mics for overhead miking, seven swivel-style mic adapters, four tension-mounted rim clips, and a hardshell carrying case. They can be used to mike a drum set in several applications for studio recordings, live stage, theater shows, rehearsals, and more.

Featuring high SPL handling, the CO2 pencil mics have a frequency response of 40 Hz to 20 kHz to capture the overhead cymbals, while the Q71 and Q72 mics have a frequency responses of 50 Hz to 16 kHz to capture the bass drum and your snare drums and toms. Answer:	No, because if using it on Windows or Mac, driver of the mic install automatically. Answer:	(K669B) No, it doesn't have a mute button. The on-board knob is volume control. Though you can turn it counter-clockwise to minimum to mute the mic.

Answer:	No. The on-board control is volume knob. Though you can turn it counter-clockwise to minimum to mute the mic. Please do not press the control. It won't achieve mute effect.
