Then get a 3.5mm male to male wire and connect it to the computer/laptop's speaker out port. Then put the other end in the microphone input on your xbox splitter. I assume you know that you need a 3.5mm Y splitter for your xbox controller so that you have two female openings, one for mic one for headphones. Answer:	Not that I’ve found but, if you were using GarageBand and found the the speakers didn’t play back the audio, check preferences and there are drop down options for input device and output device.

Answer:	Set the input & output level of the microphone on your computer at around 60%-80%. Keep pickup distance at about 3-5 inches. And speak straight in front of the mic capsule. Then you will get good sounding with lowest backgroud noise.

Original yeti is large and a bit more versatile, you can record in 4 different audio direction, i.e omnidirectional, cardioid, bidirectional, and stereo making it ideal for recording YouTube videos, podcasts, large groups, or instrumentals. Yeti nano has 2 audio recording options , Omni and bidirectional, so made more for podcasts and YouTube videos. It’s also smaller.
