Answer:	No, it does need phantom power. This is not a USB mic. There are USB mics that will suit your needs better if you must plug in directly without an interface, such as a mixer or phantom power supply.

Answer:	Well if you're talking about accessories to be able to record through your computer, I recommend getting an audio interface. My interface is the lexicon alpha and it is fantastic, plus, you can get it for just under $50 on Amazon. Obviously, you need to have a cable to run the mic to the interface (which comes separately). Also, if you want to connect it to a mic stand with the spider shock mount that comes with it, you have to get an adapter which is only like 3-5 dollars. This mic is great and has never let me down. Answer:	this does not come with a usb cord and uses a specific mic cord. mic cords are available in 6 to 100 foot lengths. there are adapters to take the mic cord to usb but i know very little about them.

Answer:	Assuming you want equal responsivity from multiple users, arrange people in cardiod pattern directing voice into the microphone. The sensitivity is excellent on mic so you can be a few feet away and still have good signal to noise ratio.
Question:	Is there any shock mount that will fit this mic? If so, which ones
Answer:	I have mounted this mic with a Samson SP01 Shockmount Spider Mount for Condenser Mics. It fits and works quite nicely.
Question:	can i use it with windows
Answer:	Yes. I just plugged it in and it is working with Windows 8 almost perfectly.For some reason. Windows 8 also thinks it's a speaker (output) device. And so a quick setting change in the control panel to set my normal speakers to "Default" and everything is perfect now.

Answer:	This product does contain one (1) tripod stand. Works nicely, excellent for desktop recording, but a new stand would be nice for anything else.

Question:	What computer software is needed to use this product
Answer:	Depends what you want to do with this. If you are using it for vocal/music, you need to download whichever DAW you are planning in using. If you have a MAC and are a beginner I highly recommend that you download Garage Band (its free) to start learning how to record and edit sound. I would upgrade to Logic and/or Protools (industry standard). I don't personally know which programs to start on if you are a PC guy but some of my PC friends really like FL Studio so I would research that. Also, if you just want to record sound clips there are free programs (one might already be on your computer) in which you can just record whatever goes into your mic (that being said, no matter what you are doing, you should always want to pay for the better program to make whatever you do sound more professional)
