Answer:	If you're referring to the N95 Standards the answer is NO. They are basic 3 layer cloth masks, well made,but Not N95 Standard.

Answer:	Actually the first order I got was 4.75 and when I reordered them, they were 5.25. I had to take in the ear loops about 1/2-3/4" on the bigger masks. (just made a little loop to make them tighter to the face) They still worked well; extremely comfortable. Bought multiple ones for my daughter going off to college so she could rotate them.(much more fashionable than a blue pleated paper masks)(also 3 layered). The nose line does bend for a nice fit; no gaping on sides or chin.

These capsules are good for daily use- in place of echinacea. (Side note- echinacea should not be taken daily because it over stimulates your immune and can cause immune issues.
