Answer:	Depth is 16". Base of the unit is 16" depth by 30" long. Total depth is 24" with the keyboard platform, but only 16" for the actual table or desk portion is needed.

Question:	Is the delivery timely
Answer:	Yes! Gives some good control over velocity so long as you put up with the small keys. I plugged it in via USB and downloaded the driver from: https://www.roland.com/us/support/by_product/jd-xi/updates_drivers/ Installing the appropriate driver should get you set to use the JDXI in a DAW etc. etc. Best. Answer:	If you set the tempo to the lowest and press "Real Time Rec" then play whatever you want however fast you want, you get up to 8 bars of music lasting quite a bit. Or if you use the Step sequencing, then 8 bars of up to 16 notes each.

Question:	Does this piano come assembled or does it require assembly once it is delivered
Answer:	Both the bench and the base of the piano need assembly. All the needed tools are included. Probably best as a two-person job, but it can be done by one person carefully. Also there may be a couple of extra parts depending on the model. There was a pedal assembly adjustment knob that my piano did not require. I spent more time figuring that out than actually putting the piano together. The instructions are good but basic.
Question:	Is it true that once you set the volume for a song, it has to play the whole song at that volume? Or can you play some phrases loud and some soft
Answer:	It is possible to moderate the volume as you play, depending on key strike and how you use the pedals. It takes some practice and experimenting to get to what you want. I am thoroughly delighted with my piano.

Answer:	It is a brown wood.grain.
Question:	Does it have weighted keys or touch sensitive keys to simulate an acoustic piano
Answer:	Yes it does have weighted keys and for the price is quite good. By that I mean that it is not as good as the high end Yamaha that I paid three times as much for. I bought this one for a vacation home.
