The only issue would be if you are using a keyboard less than 49 keys or so, if you lower it too much, the supports may spread too far to support a narrower keyboard/synth. This is definitely designed for bigger keyboards (61-88 keys) It works great and my daughter is now using my 70 pound stage piano in her room to practice piano whenever she wants, with headphones. Very stable and working great! |

| Answer: | This is super unstable. I'm a classic piano player. You can't hit the keyboard hard while playing. I can't recommend this. You should choose stand made by keyboard producer. I bought Yamaha stand after I found this can't be used even for basic use. |

I had no problem figuring out how to assemble it, but some of the threaded bolt holes were defective. I rethreaded these with no problem. The finished stand works well. You can rethread using another bolt of the same size and force it through the hole. |

Imagine, using your MIDI to record a note(s) into your DAW. Then by using MIDI edit, you can take those same note(s) and make them louder or soft, change the length on sound, change the note up or down, slide note(s) back and forth or up and down at will, plus more than I've discovered to date. The Casio 61-key portable keyboard (CTX700) gives you the same functionality as the more expensive brands. I only regret waiting this long before I finally made my purchase.
