Answer:	I don't believe we shipped this item to you but as a Park Tool retailer I can tell you that things are shipping slowly these days. Not uncommon for things to show up 3-10 later than expected.

Answer:	Designed in US made in China just like all Park Tools. NAPA is same. Park Tools are still the best

Answer:	it is adjustable via a velcro system. Not FlexFit. Awesome hat.
Question:	can I have this setup a certain way before it's shipped
Answer:	I have the PRS-5 bike stand. It's >10 years old and the collar is oval (vice circular). Probably like yourself, I was concerned whether or not this tray would fit my stand, particularly since it's so old. Surprisingly, it fits like a glove. All I had to do is remove the plastic shims (two are included w/the tray). Then, I simply adjusted the screws to clamp it around the collar - and that was it. Took me Hope that helps.

Answer:	This tool is garbage. It clicked until it died 6 months after purchase. Do NOT buy it. Park Tools has a mini torque wrench that will cover 90% if your cycling needs

Answer:	Its work by you setting the level (number) on the the handle. When that level is reached it will click. Only on tightening (clock) direction.
Question:	Is from Korea? For real
Answer:	It comes with a paper that has a red stamp on it that says "PASSED Calibration". I would NOT consider this to be a certificate of calibration. If your application is this sensitive you should probably consider a professional grade tool. I have no complaints about this tool myself, it works well and for the home/DIY user, it is fine as it is.

A jack-of-all-trades, and master of all of them, the xtSA’s incredible sound power begins with three distinct voices: electric guitar, acoustic guitar and synth controller. The xtSA delivers big time electric sounds via the Godin humbucker-single-humbucker pickup configuration and thanks to a special 5-way switch setup extra meaty humbucker tones co-exist with glassy split-coil sounds in the second and forth position. Turn down the electric output and raise the volume on the RMC transducer saddles and the xtSA becomes an incredibly authentic-sounding ‘acoustic’ guitar. The acoustic voice of the xtSA is enhanced by an onboard preamp with a three-way graphic EQ. The two outputs are set up so that the electric and acoustic voices can be blended in the guitar using a single patch cord or at the amp/mixer using both outputs. The icing on the xtSA cake comes in the form of its synth tracking, which simply put, is the best in the business. As with all of Godin synth-ready instruments, a built-in 13-pin connector provides direct access to all Roland GR-Series synths as well as most other 13-pin devices. Question:	What are the dimensions for the tuning peg winder
Answer:	I think it will. It says it is for common cranks both square tapered and splined. It also says it is 22x1mm thread which is the same as the bowflex specs. I debated this part, another Park part that should also work since it says it is for the same common cranks, and a few similar parts. I got the Oumers Bike Crank Extractor/Arm Remover and Bottom Bracket Remover with 16mm Spanner/Wrench which said it was for common cranks both square tapered and splined, and used it for my Bowflex Max trainer.
Question:	Will this work for electric bass
Answer:	the tns-4 is more of a luxury tool, but both do the same job. the tns-4 tool avoids you of pinching your skin while working with the tool when placing the threaded nut. i went with the tns-1 since there is no mobile part and is little bit more cheaper than the tns-4. i just where gloves to protect my hand when using the tns-1. check out this pdf instruction manual for the tns-4 and see how it works and then you can decide which Park Tool you want to buy. hope those info helped you out in your purchase link: http://www.parktool.com/assets/doc/product/TNS-4_instructions.pdfBest Regards,Steve
Question:	Will this work on a ukulele
Answer:	Mine came with the 2 star nuts, and I believe they were both 11/8". I wound up not using the star nuts that came with the tool, which is why I'm not 100% certain.
