Note 1: Use drill kit with diameter 1/4”. Never use larger drill kit, otherwise the hole will be too large to hold the wall mount tightly.

Note 2: Only drill hole on concrete wall or hard wood wall. Do not mount the base plate on plasterboard or any thin wall with thickness less than the screw length.

3 Push the wall anchor inside the holes, screw in the base plate onto the wall. Edge of the wall anchor will be expanded by the screw and hold tightly inside the holes.

4 Connect the guitar hanger with the base plate, drive the little screw at the bottom area to secure the connection.

Answer:	I wouldn’t recommend using this with any guitar case...this is designed to securely hold either an electric or acoustic guitar sans the case. Using this with a case would most likely result in one or both of the anchor legs breaking. A friend tried a hard shell case with a different brand stand and it lasted less than a week.

Answer:	It would be best to measure the depth of your baritone ukulele’s lower bout and check to see which size would fit best.

I bought this for my sister's violin and it works great. Extremely light weight but very sturdy... at least so far.

Answer:	Our material will not eat into the nitro of your guitar like most foams and rubbers do. Fender, Gibson, and Martin, all use our products in their showrooms, and for trade shows on their standard and high nitro finished guitars. However, there are some things that are out of our control that prevent us from putting an unconditional guarantee that no marking will ever occur. 1. If an issue does arise there is no definite way for us to tell if the marks were caused by our products or if they were from a previously used product from another manufacturer. 2. If you have used a guitar polish, be sure it is wiped off before you use our products. There is conflicting information on the internet as to whether polish is ever necessary or not. Also, along these same lines, do not use any chemical cleaners on our padding material. Water is fine if needed. 3. Guitars being stored in any sunlight can be a big problem, regardless of what material is being used in resting the guitar. 4. Nitro finish remains partially a liquid for its lifetime, so extended periods of time any significant pressure on the finish can result in pressure marks almost like a smear. This is worsened if the guitar was not given proper cure time when the finished was applied. All of this being said we still have the safest material on the market for a nitro finished guitar and thousands of people trust hanging them every day. Also, if you have a nitro white Gibson, or Epiphone we have white cradles that we recommend for these extremely color sensitive finishes. Answer:	The brackets stick out about 7 inches from the the mounting bar. Then there is a 2" extension that swivels. The mounting instructions are available on the string swing website. Read the installation directions before you buy; so that you know what you are getting. I found it pretty easy to work with. If you can find studs in your wall and can use a drill and a level; you can do it, easily. I have 4 guitars and I mounted them at an angle (like the picture).

Question:	Is the padding suitable for nitro cellulose finish
Answer:	Hmmm... Not sure on that. My guitar has a poly finish, but its standard foam... which I suspect gets old and thinner over time with use. If you have a relic finish, no problem! Ha. Honestly these stands are cheap, so if you are worried about the finish, buy the expensive one at sweetwater!
