Answer:	I would think it should work based on being a bass guitar. I also looked on the internet and ran across the web site songsimian.com review on 4 caps for bass guitar in 2018. Nordic Essentials was one of them. As a guitar player I love it!!!

Answer:	My guitar is a Yamaha LL 25. The neck is about 1 3/4" wide and fairly slim. I do not own or play a classical guitar so I can't say for sure, but if it works on the slimmer neck I think it would work even better on the larger fretboard. The top of the capo is about 3" long so it should extend over a wide neck. Having used the capo for a while the only criticism I have is that the spring could be a little stronger. It takes considerable pressure to depress the strings on a steel stringed dreadnaught.
Question:	Is this capo curved or straight? I have a 1965 Guild 12-string with a straight-fretted, straight fingerboard guitar that requires a straight capo
Answer:	This is supposed to be for a flat fretboard. I have a 1969 Yamaha FG230 12-string. This capo doesn't press hard enough on the middle octave string. Those strings still buzz. I have found that putting the capo on upside-down (with the handle on the downside of the neck) helps a little.

Does this work on an acoustic 12 string

Answer:

That will depend on the width of the neck of your guitar. The 6-string I have at hand has a neck that is about 1.7" wide, and there is about 0.27" left on the capo pad that could effectively apply pressure to the strings. A 12-string guitar could have a wider neck of up to 1.85", so it looks like there would be enough spare to apply pressure. I'll see if I can find a 12-string that is wider and have a go. In the meantime, if you do decide to try it please let us know how it goes.

I got this for my classical 6 string guitar thinking it would fit. It did not because the 83 length is meant for "acoustic" metal string, not classical nylon string. For that, you want the 88B.
Question:	I received 2 of these capos and have verified that they are knock-offs. They are not Jim Dunlop brand as advertised. Why the false advertising
Answer:	I received a knock-off in what looks like authentic packaging for the 83CB type. I bought a separate Dunlop 87N Electric Trigger Capo, Curved, Nickel which is authentic. Easily identifiable differences: (a) Knock-off has one solid rubber pad on inner part. (b) No Jim Dunlop logo stamped on outer rubber pad of curved handle. My 87N shows this correctly. The one thing that annoys me is the authentic 87N came in identical packaging as the 83CB - same outer packaging and same printed type label. Both are NOT tamper proof packaging - easily pops open and where a knock-off could be inserted/replaced at any point in a supply chain. I think Jim Dunlop should address this point to help prevent knock-off's from circulating. Their good name will keep getting smeared unjustly otherwise.

Answer:	The back also has sunburst. It's an exceptionally well-crafted, beautifully finished guitar.
Question:	Can you use this guitar to play music like centuries from fall out boys all the way to more than a feeling from boston
Answer:	It will do anything a Fender Stratocaster will do. More Than A Feeling used a heavily processed guitar sound, as I recall. I don't know if this type of guitar will nail that sound, but you can probably come close. The issue is going to be the effects you add. I don't know the Fall Out Boys music so I have no comment about that.

Answer:	No special strings are needed. 17 inch scale length makes the tension feel like regular tension strings on a nylon strung guitar.

Answer:	Realize, this is Uk. Not guitar. Difference is it's somewhat tuned/stringed like guitar but in 5th frt position. Neck is narrow, as in Ukulele. Adults play ukulele too but don't expect to be like guitar, ie. Martin or Strat.

Answer:	I use this stand -Stagg SUVM-A100BK Foldable"A" Stand for Ukuleles, Mandolins and Violins, I have several other guitar stands. The Guitalele is (tenor)Ukulele size and I find guitar stands are too big-unless the guitalele is in it's case.
