Answer:	Hi and great question! With the foam part covering the mic, there really is no way to completely sterilize it. I have taken off the foam, sprayed down the entire unit with lysol and let air dry. I've also sprayed the foam covering part separately and let that dry before putting it back on the mic. However, knowing that it's not 100%, I've done 2 things: 1. I dedicate each amplifier to only one person. In other words, no sharing! But I still want the option to replace the foam covering if needed so.. 2. I've ordered replacement foam covers online. Just to let you know my story, I am a board certified and licensed music therapist. I use these during music therapy outdoor groups when I have to be very socially distanced from the folks I'm working with. I actually put the microphone UNDER a surgical style mask (yes it works!) and the microphone rests on my chin. Answer:	Hi, in the following case will cause disconnect issue: 1. The distance between the wireless microphone and speaker is too far; 2. interfered by other wireless device signals in a close range; In this case, please refer to the following steps to re pair mic with speaker manually to fix this issue properly: 1.Turn on wireless micropone and speaker; 2.Long press UHF button on the speaker until red light flashes; 3.Do a press on the small silicone button "wifi" on the microphone until speaker red light from flashing to constant red which means pair is successful. Answer:	Carry out the "record" operation according to the manual, insert the TF card and wired microphone, long press the play key to start recording, and short press the play key to play the recorded content. (PS: remember to add TF card for recording)

2. Static and interference?

Please kindly be noted that electronic pa speaker equipment may be interfered by other signals in the same frequency band, by changing the UHF frequency will fix this issue easily, to do that, just please disconect microphone with speaker, then re pair them manually.

3. U8 Headset Microphone stopped pair with speaker?

Turn on speaker and long press the UHF button until red lights flashes, then turn on U8 headset mic, do a press on the small silicone button wifi on the mic, speaker red lights becomes constantly red means pair successfully.
