Question:	I've read various comments about otter box cases. Anyone have firsthand knowledge if an iPad in this type of case will or will not fit
Answer:	I use my iPad 10.1 without a case which has plenty of room to spare. Not sure while in your otter box if it could fit? Maybe you could go to a store ( music ) somewhere where they sell them if possible, and see if it fits before buying? If not available, u can always return it.
Question:	how does it swivle 360 degrees
Answer:	The mount is held in place with a “nut” that is threaded to loosen and tighten for adjustments. When it is loosened, the mount can be turned infinitely in the flat plane of the iPad. Once it is positioned, the nut can be tighten do to hold it in place. The mount, itself, also swivels similarly from the point at which it is inserted into the stand, and tightens similarly, although not quite 360 degrees because the stand, itself, impedes some movement.
Question:	What is the minimum tube diameter to which it can clamp securely? Some music stands have smaller diameter tubes than mic stands
Answer:	As you can see in the original picture I included in my original posting, I have my clamp with the extension clamp on the internal tube of the mic stand which has a 21 mm (13/16") OD. I tried it on a smaller diameter music stand (cheepie) and it clamped fine. it was 16 mm (9/16") OD. It will go smaller than 16 mm, but it would depend on sturdy the entire stand is. Hope this helps.
Question:	Will this fit a 12.2 in tablet? There are contradictory numbers listed one says 9-11.5 the other says the max is 15. Thanks
Answer:	There are three ways to fit a tablet into this holder: From the short sides, from the long sides, and from the corners. Holding the tablet's corners is the safest and probably intended way, and it holds our Amazon Fire HD 10" tablets fine, but at about the largest it can adjust. What I can tell you is that it may hold your 12.2" tablet from the short sides (spanning the length of the long sides to do so), but it will definitely hold it from the long sides (spanning the short sides). There was a "Hola!" brand version of this that came with replaceable, larger gripping arms, and that would definitely fit the larger tablet in question.

Answer:	Yes, it works in the portrait and landscape positions. It works in all 360 degrees as it can rotate. The best part is that the tablet is securely attached and cannot fall out in any position.

Answer:	Huge... at least one and a half inches. Unless you're planning on hooking it to a fence post, it will fit any mic stand known to mankind.

Answer:	The seller can tell you for sure, but I don't think so. I use it with an older ipad (standard size, not the mini). They included two different sets of the brackets, but the X frame slots only allow it to extend out so far. You could use a thin bungee or bongo cords to secure it because the brackets have plently of room to do that if they are secured to the sides of the ipad in its vertical position. Hope this helps!

Answer:	The actual X-axis travel distance is 180 mm.

Answer:	The medium has certain parts that are plastic and thinner - so there is a little more play. I tried both, I liked the low profile of the medium, but kept the large because of the heavy duty parts and the locking feature.
