Answer:	You ALWAYS GET BUZZ if you plug in after turning on any amp. There is an interval when you insert the plug that one circuit—the one to ground—isn’t connected. It’s momentary. You should ALWAYS PLUG IN BEFORE turning the amp on. Now, if it continues to buzz after the cable is fully plugged in, try another cable. If the buzzing stops, that first cable has a broken connection on the ground side. This is generally caused by the leads inside the plug breaking off where they’re soldered. Unscrew the plug at both ends and check for loose, unattached wires. If you find one, re-solder it. If no broken connections are found, the break is somewhere inside the cable. Unsolder and keep the plugs and toss the cable. If after inserting a second cable, the buzzing continues, the problem is inside the amp circuitry. Return it, or toss it and get a better one next time.

This is a kit of all of the parts you'll need to build your own 2.5-watt amplifier, whether in a cigar box or other enclosure of your choice. For such a small amp board, this little beauty really puts out some nice sound. This kit includes a two-page how-to sheet that shows wiring diagrams and covers some key points about wiring and assembly. Only basic soldering skills, and an ability to read simple wiring diagrams, are required to assemble this kit! This kit features a 4-watt 8-ohm 3" speaker that really pumps out the sound, despite its small size. The amp board also has an onboard Tone Trim Pot, adjustable with a Philips screwdriver , which allows for fine-tuning the tone from "clean" to "crunchy". Answer:	The battery should last you anywhere from 3-5 hours of continuous play, depending on the volume used. At full volume, it tends to draw a bit more power.

Answer:	You know, I'm not sure. I actually used a Southern Draw Panatella cigar box that utilizes a three piece lid with three hinges. I guess you could use an enclosure similar to a Pignose with a hinge on the front where the speaker is mounted. Hope that helps. I have another of the same cigar box and I'm thinking of putting the speaker in a similar position that you'd find in an old Ampeg bass cabinet utilizing folded horn style of speaker mounting. The thing is, this amp kit is cheap enough to experiment.
Question:	Could you hook up a larger speaker, say an 8 inch speaker to the electronics on this and have it work

Answer:	These are adult glasses. The frames are hard plastic. I've owned my lot for a year (?) and not one complaint. I think these are of the same quality as at an accessory shop at the mall or at a marketplace.

The "sneaky amps" available on the MkI are blocked out on the MkII.. but you get 5 more voice settings on the 5 amps available for the MkII.. newer and easier software.. Patches made for the MkI work with the MkII, but the MkII patches do not work on the MkI.

Answer:	Just received the DWS-3 system today on recommendations from numerous reviews and forums. Plugged it in using my Warwick Thumb 5-string and GK mb500. No discernible difference from using a standard cable. Handled the low B string just fine. I’m confident it will do fine at gig this weekend with GK+SWR Goliath III cab.
Question:	Can this amp used for violin? Does it has speakers
Answer:	As it is I found that mine did also , after research for a few minutes I found that it was my input jack on the guitar . Don’t know if this helps but I cleaned mine with a burst of compressed air and it helped but ultimately I changed the jack out for a new one and I now have crisp and clear sound .

Neither box was marked, but a guitar shipping box is very distinctive, being much narrower at the top than the bottom. This being a complete outfit including amp and accessories, will most likely be shipped in more than one case.
