Answer:	There have a very large opening for the foots, which made me slip right out of them. I ordered the same size as my ariate ramblers, and they werent even close. I ordered an 11 originally, returning them to see if a 10.5 works. But based on no difference in length, im doubting they will.

Answer:	Yes. I usually wear a 11.5 but wear an 11 in the rambler series boot , I own 3 different pairs including the renegade and pheonix and they all fit the same. The Phoenix is by far my favorite.

Answer:	2E means wide, D(M) is regular width

Answer:	Larger calves ain't really a problem but the inside is ruff raw leather and your shock doesn't slide well inside and it's hard to make the turn into the foot area. Especially with a wider or tall foot. Honestly i hardly wear them because they are hard to get on. I wouldn't recommend these boots to anyone.
Question:	I have a lot of slippage in the heel. What is proper sizing? I wear 12 in dress shoe, and 13 in athletic, so ordered the 12M, which feels too big
Answer:	I found that I had to go a full size smaller with this boot. You might be able to go a half size smaller if you wear a thicker sock.
