Question:	If this product comes with a lifetime warranty why woukd I buy a music accident protection plan? Also how does the warranty work
Answer:	To open this capo up you squeeze the capo at the end where there is a little black projection. This opens it up. Then you place the capo in place on the neck and then squeeze down on the top and bottom until it is in place and there is no string buzz when you play the unfretted strings. This capo works well on most guitars, but it does not seem to work on any 12 string guitar very well. Overall, it is quite a nice capo as you can use it on 6 strings guitars that vary in the radius of the neck.
Question:	Why does this one not have the Celtic markings? Are these fakes
Answer:	Short answer, yes they should be fine. Long answer, the comparability between strings and guitars doesnt matter, its the string slots that in the nut that matter. The les Paul's usually use bigger strings anyway.
Question:	What's the difference between my G7th v 1 and the v3 - is it worth the upgrade
Answer:	Slinky is just a line of strings from Ernie Ball, the "Slinkier" they are the thinner they are, regular Slinky are 10 gauge strings, super slinky are 9s, and "Not Even Slinky" strings are 12s (the number represents the gauge of the lightest string in the set).
Question:	Is this capo a clip on
Answer:	All 6 of the strings are in the pack, they just put each string into its own paper envelope for easy identification. The ball-ends aren't color-coded like D'addario. Hope this helps. :)

Question:	Is the performance 3 wide enough to cover all strings on a 1-3/4" neck guitar (martin om-28v) at the 7th fret
Answer:	Disclaimer: I'm not familiar with the Martin om-28v neck. I have a Martin HD-28 and the G7th capo will fret all strings cleanly at the 7th fret, but it is a tight fit. The part of the capo that goes across the strings is 2 1/8 inches in length. FWIW, I liked this capo so much I bought the smaller version for my Deering banjo.
Question:	Would this be usable on a Martin Dreadnaught Jr
Answer:	I do not own a D Jr. so I cannot say with certainty. However... This Capo works extremely well across all my guitars I perform with. From my Taylor 312 Acoustic along with 3 electrics an American Standard Strat (2016), Gibson ES 339 and PRS Custom 22. Most Capos I have used in the past seemed to put too much pressure on one or two strings causing them to go sharp, this Capo applies very even pressure no matter what neck I clamp it on to. It was well worth the money for me.
Question:	is Performance 3 suitable for classical guitar
Answer:	Thanks for your question! It's really designed for a narrower fretboard such as an electric 6 string/steel 6 string guitar - but it may well work on the first few frets or so of a Classical, providing that your neck isn't too wide. Question:	Seems to work fon a flat or slightly curved fretboard...is that true
Answer:	Yes ... I am using it on a few different guitar and fretboard types with no problem. It seems to adjust to the neck type based on it's design. I am using it on a Taylor nylon string acoustic guitar which has a fairly wide flat neck, works great. I also use it on a Takamine steel string acoustic that has a more normal curved acoustic neck type. Again, works great. It's a nice quality, unique capo. It's the only one I use anymore.
