Answer:	For Xbox One and Rock Band 4 you will need an Xbox 360 MIDI adapter and a PDP Wired Legacy Adapter, the latter of which is about $700 due to its rarity. For Xbox 360 and Rock Band 1-3, you just need the MIDI adapter mentioned previously. The MIDI out on the drums plugs into the MIDI in on the adapter, the adapter plugs into the Xbox (or PDP wired legacy adapter for Xbox One) via USB, and then you set specific MIDI notes to the pads via the Alesis module or use a pre-existing setup that works.
Question:	What kind of acessories do I have to buy to have the set operational? I mean cables, amp and things like this
Answer:	Throne (drum seat), pair of headphones with 1/4" jack or more likely a normal pair of 1/8" headphones + an 1/8" to 1/4" adapter (less than $10 on Amazon. Since this has seperate L and R outputs, I also got a dual L/R 1/4" to single 1/8" steareo adapter to ensure it plays in both ears. Also, I would highly suggest an amp whether or not you plan on using headphones. This thing is very low power and sound is very soft with headohones--plug kit into amp and headphones into amp headphone output.

Question:	Will i be able to use this product with with garageband on macos
Answer:	I cannot get the Turbo Mesh kit hi-hat pedal to work with Garageband. I have contacted Alesis tech support to no avail. When I file a ticket, I get an email a day or so later stating that the case has been closed asking how my service was. In Garageband, it recognizes when I press the pedal, but only momentarily. If I strike the hi-hat with the pedal open and then close it, the cymbal will be choked, but only momentarily at the initial pedal depression. After that, the hi-hat remains open. I have searched the internet for solutions to no avail, either. All of the other drums trigger correctly.

Question:	Do the cymbals have three zones or two
Answer:	I guess I have a different opinion of these bongo drums. They sound ok, but I think some of the drums made for younger kids sound MUCH better. I wanted to like them but found the sound to be lacking and graphics kind of cheap. My 2 year old loves drumming things around the house and said "bongo drums" pretty early, but when he got these drums he was disappointed by the sound and quickly moved on to a table to resume drumming. I believe he got more enjoyment from the box.I see they're now selling for $18. I spent $30. Not worth $30.
Question:	Why isn't the hi hat pedal shown on example
Answer:	The stick it comes with is kind of loud. My daughter uses her hands (we lost stick) and it doesn't bother me a bit. This drum is awesome!!! It's so durable. They should love you for getting such an amazing gift! My 2 year old loves it and so do my 6 and 8 year old nieces.

Answer:	Hi, Alesis support here! Thanks for your question. Our Strike Amp 12 features x2 combo XLR/1/4" jack inputs, it's important to note these inputs are mono as oppose to stereo. Your issue relates to phase cancellation, I would suggest using a mono TS cable connection from your phone to the input of your Strike Amp 12. Question:	What is the best speaker or amplifier to use with this kit
Answer:	It is probably because you plugged a stereo plug into a mono jack. You need an adapter to go from stereo to mono, then plug the mono into the 1/4" on the amp.
Question:	Since there isn’t a beater for the foot pedal, does the bass pedal make noise? I need it to be quiet
Answer:	Hi, Alesis support here! Thanks for your question. Yes you can! The Strike Amp 12 features x2 Line level inputs. This can be achieved by connecting your MP3 audio source (i.e phone or tablet) from it's headphone output to 1 of the rear inputs of the Strike Amp 12. If your audio source features a 1/8" headphone output, this can be connected via a 1/8" to 1/4" cable jack cable. Answer:	No, it does not include the hihat stand or kick pedal. Snare stand is included.
Question:	Is there training software for beginners
Answer:	The shells themselves aren’t loud. But the kit is fairly audible because of the type of mesh heads being used. If you live on your own and your only concern is your neighbors, you’re golden! If you have a roommate or live in an apartment and have thin walls, you’ll have an issue
Question:	What would be a good beater for double bass on this? The only thing that worries me is the trigger of the bass drum while doubling
Answer:	Yes, you can if you use a splitter. One end o Would go to an existing drum or cymbal and the other end would go to the add on drum or cymbal. I’m currently doing this and it works well.
Question:	Is there enough room on the 8" bass pad for a double bass pedal

Question:	How long of delay when switching between kits
Answer:	Yes. Any pedal you have will work. If you’re a new player, consider visiting a music store to physically try out one that works for you. And buy a beater that isn’t felt! Felt will eat the drum head quickly. Wood or plastic, or use Evans drum head patches. Works well. Take time to get used to the feel and intricacies of the set. It’s similar to an acoustic set, but wildly different at the same time. If you play a double bass drum, the head will accommodate a double pedal set up. Above all, have fun.

Answer:	I have just a $100 PDP lefty double pedal and it works fine. Bass head seems to take a good beating. I’m a big guy with heavy feet, and it takes it.
